This is a luxurious house / Riad located in the Palmeraie (premium residential area), in beautiful Marrakech. 220 square meters, 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, 2 living-rooms, a fireplace, a kitchen, a patio (with fountain) and a flat roof. House for up to 8 people, It is available for rent on a weekly basis with a housekeeper. Our housekeeper, Cheriffa, is an excellent cook, she speaks French, Arabic & Basic English. She will also handle all domestic tasks and assist you during your stay. The house is located in a high standing private village, with 30,000 square meters of gardens, a 90 feet long swimming pool, a large bar, etc…The house is entirely furnished, with great attention given to details. Air conditioning in all rooms, you will also benefit from a private parking. Equipments: Kitchen utensils and dishes, fridge, Freezer, Cooker, Oven, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Vacuum Cleaner, Domestic iron, cable TV with DVD, Hi-fi systems and a safe.

The villa is located in the Palmeraie of Marrakech, which is the most prestigeous location of the city. It takes about 5 minutes by car to enter the medina (old town). The best golf courses (Roayl golf, Palmeraie golf, Amelkis golf) are located very close.

Excellent property, as advertised: luxurious villa, spacious, attractively and comfortably furnished, efficient air conditioning, etc. etc. Very nice communal swimming pool. Owners pleasant and helpful in all respects. If you plan regular visits to city centre, a rented car will be much more convenient than taxis.
