A new development of ten modern properties close to the beach with new pool, slide and diving board. Each of the properties have air -conditioned rooms, and fully equipped kitchens including washer / dryer, dishwasher, microwave and fridge / freezer. The villas are spread over two floors with two bedrooms downstairs both of which have an en- suite bathroom or shower together with King Double Beds. Upstairs there is another bedroom with two single beds together with separate bathroom. The living area consists of Lounge with Cable TV, DVD, CD together with Kitchen and dining area. Setting: The properties are new houses situated just South of Holetown between the famous Sandy Lane Hotel and new Four Seasons complex - set in a lush garden with pool and ample car parking . We are only a short stroll from the fabulous beaches of the West Coast where you can simply relax or take in the many watersports on offer. There are many good local restaurants only a short walk or drive from the villas and also local shops supermarkets from which to make your purchases.

Facilities: Rental of a villa will include access to a good sized pool in the grounds with diving board and slide. The pool has been built to cater for children and the depth ranges from 3' to 9'. There is also a Kayak for use by residents. We also supply an upgraded option which includes: a Jeep for a week , Food Welcome pack and choice of trip out for two at an additional cost of 275 gbp. ** Please note we have either 4 seater Soft Top or 5 Seater Hard Top Jeeps available

Golf: There are two world class golf courses nearby being Sandy Lane and Royal Westmorland.

Other Activities: jet ski, sumbarine.

We have just come back from 2 weeks staying at sandown in fitts village . This place is fantastic !
It is an extremley quiet set of houses which creates a very good atmosphere with other people who are staying within this complex . It has been said before , but the onsite owners , Adrian and Gill , are very freindy and helpful with all your requirements and even invited us to the family barbecue 1 night ! Our accomodation was extremely spacious and very clean and considering there was 7 of us in there we never felt on top of each other .
the accommodation is on 2 levels with 2 bedrooms on the lower floor and 1 on the upper floor . You have everything in here , wash machine , dish washer , internet access , cable tv and view to die for on the main balcony upstairs .
You must try Sandras food when you are there , ask Adrian or Gill and they will point you in the right direction. A qualified diver , Malcom ,lives on site and can provide boat trips etc.. We will definitly return and thoroughly recommend it to anyone .
