Notes

  • Nightly rate as number of people: Up to 2 persons between 90 € and 95 € depending on the season. Up to 4 people 125 € and up to 6 people 150 €. Two or more children is a 10% discount. Booking and deposit 30% of the total, at least 150 €, by bank transfer or via PayPal. Form of payment in full upon arrival, except in high season that will require a prepayment of 50% a month in advance. During the summer and / or high season reservation required for weeks starting on Saturday. The rent for two nights will have a cleaning fee of 40 €. If the lease is for more than two nights there will be no cleaning fee.

This is a beautiful house set in very quiet and peaceful surroundings and very near the beach of Caldetes. The interior is decorated to high standards but it was too small for our family of two adults and three teenagers. We felt the house would suit a couple or a young family better.The owners, who live next door are extremely accommodating and friendly. Great place to stay for mountain, beach and city break.
