This is a newly built spacious 2 bedroom apartment, only a few of its size in this family friendly complex(approx 20sq metres larger than standard apartments) There is 1 king sized bed, two singles and 2 sofa beds, air conditioning in every room and 2 separate toilets( a BIG plus!) . The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, all brand new. The open plan kitchen/dining room with table seating 6 people. The large living area has DVD/CD and TV with two 3 seater sofa beds. The outer mezaanine has panoramic views of the Stara Mountains with floor to ceiling windows and sofa . Downstairs there is a spacious hall to store pram, pool toys etc. The large balcony has stunning views of Old Nessebar and pool area, with table, umbrella and 6 chairs. The complex has 24hr security, bar, restaurant, shop and Internet room, shuttle bus service to Sunny Beach and Old Nessebar Town. All the ingredients for a fantastic holiday in Sunny Beach.

Sunny Beach is a gem in the Bulgarian Black Sea with more than 270 Sunny days per year it is a perfect holiday destination. There are miles of shops to suit all and beautiful clean sandy beaches running alongside with beach bars and resturants to cater for every taste. The historical old town of Nessebar is only a short taxi or boat ride away. Prices are very low to shop and eat. Sunny beach Aqua Park, Go Kart Circuit all close at hand. There is only a 30 minute transfer from Bourgas Airport and 1 hour from Varna. St Vlass has a fabulous new marina with top class resturants for that special occasion but for very little extra money.
