The nearest beaches are Port Des Torrent, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Cala Tarida,Cala Gracio, Cala Salada. This villa has sky TV with air conditioning in all bedrooms in the main house. A 20 minute walk along the promenade walkway past the Hawaii Hotel into San Antonio town centre past Bar M, Eden's Bar, Linekers Bar and 25 minutes walk to Eden, Es Paradis, Plastik and 30 minutes to the centre of San Antonio's West End.Banyan Palace's fantastic Thai Restaurant is also a 10 minute walk.KM5 is a 15 minute taxi ride and Kumarras is a 5 minute taxi ride.Ibiza town,Pacha,Grial + El Divino is 20 short minutes away by taxi.Amnesia, El Ayoun and L'elephante are 10 minutes taxi.Space and Bora Bora is a mere 25 minute by taxi.Salinas Beach and the Jockey Club 25 minutes also. Superb villa and great location!

Stayed in the villa last year and had a great time. Villa was in a perfect location, close to all the action (5 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to Bar M) but far enough out to relax if needed after a heavy night. The villa was spotless and the pool was great, made a difference not having to fight to get a sunbed or space by the pool as in a hotel. The BBQ option was brill as meant could chill by the pool for dinner before heading out, however the plus point for me was the huge terrace, which was good to relax on in the evening with a beer. The owners of the villa were extremely helpful and delivered everything as promised. Would def recommend this villa, so much so that will be heading back this year!

I had my stag party here in May 2009.We had an excellent time, full monty package, airport collection, San Miguel on arrival, BBQ catered at the villa, the chef was hilarious and the waitress kept the vodka shots coming !.3 mad nights in the West End . Never to be forgotten.
The villa was spotless, loads nicer than the photos, massive tv ( which I wanted to put in my suitcase)Pool area and bar a total joy.The hot tub was amazing,especially at 6am watching the sun come out.We are now expecting our first baby and we've already booked to go back in 2011 with the new arrival and the rest of the family.House manager well worth twice the tip we gave him for all the taxis's, take aways and San Miguel he arranged.

Exceeded all expectations!

Had a week in the Villa with 10 other mates. On arriving we were collected from the airport & dropped off right at the door for a tenth of the price of a taxi. On first seeing the Villa I was amazed. The photos of the villa look great but just wait until you see it for real. The BBQ night with hired staff was great & worth every penny. Also another BBQ night, supplied by Pete the butcher for €10 each, was enough for 2 nights feeding! Couldn't recommend it more. I've told all my friends about it & would definately go again next year, if i had the time.
Ideal place for young clubbers or more mature visitors or just to chill out for a week!
Absolutely superb. Out-standing!

10 of us went out for what was the best holiday we could ever ask for. when we got to the villa we didnt know what to do with ourselves-sit at the outside bar?in the pool?check out the rooms?go in the hot tub?! set nicely back and away from the action but near enough for a stroll to the action after having had a few drinks (and the rest) at the pool side bar! was spotless and perfect for relaxing after a heavy night feeling a bit on the fragile side the morning after. and as for jumping in the hot tub after a heavy session in space...what more could you want?? when i win the lottery or become rich and famous im buying this place!! but until then will definatly try and come back next year, have recommended friends wgho are going this year and cant wait to hear how amazing they find it!

the was great, the couple that own and run it are very nice and helpful,

the villa was perfect for a lads 1 like we used it for but definately nice enough for families and couples!

location is great 5 mins to nearest shops, restaurants and bars and then the further you walk the livelier it gets (about 20 mins untill its proper pumping)

didnt go to the beach once even though its so close beacause the pool area was perfect!!
