Lou Boutchin is detached and is located over two floors with the living areas and one bedroom on the top floor, leading out onto a terrace area. The remaining three bedrooms are on the ground floor, leading out onto a large patio area. From the patio area, it's down to the main attraction: the gorgeous pool and outside bar area. Your holiday starts here! The outside area is fully equipped for dining, relaxing and sunbathing and offer both sun and shade with the large palm trees.

The extensive grounds are full of pretty mature shrubs and trees and afford stunning views of Nice.

Families with small children should note that because the pool area and bar is on a lower level than the villa, there is a sloped pathway to navigate when walking between the villa and the pool.

The open plan living area has two large black leather sofa and a glass coffee table. For entertainment there is a 42' flat screen TV with English cable TV and a DVD player.

Location area: The villa can be found a few minutes drive from Riquier station in a residential area. There are plenty of shops within a few minutes drive or a twenty minute walk. The large hypermarket Carrefour is a five minute car ride away. Whilst we would recommend a car, you can survive without one if you are happy to rely on the decent public transport or are quite fit and do not mind walking up a hill to reach the villa.

The villa is in its' own grounds and is secure and peaceful with parking for several cars. It also enjoys stunning views of the city both day and night.

The villa is very near to Nice's landmark, the Observatory, where you can take a guided tour (sadly only in French) and look at the skies with the state of the art telescope. It is also a popular area for walking.

Holiday rentals: The owner is open to a rental of up to 3 months. For a quoted rate please enquire for further details stating date of commencement and period of rental.

Getting to the villa: Whilst we would recommend a car, you can survive without one if you are happy to rely on the decent public transport or are quite fit and do not mind walking up a hill to reach the villa.
