This well furnished and equipped ground floor apartment with large south facing terrace to rent on Victoria Court 2 is in an excellent position for great bars, restaurants, supermarket & bank. In a complex with 2 swimming pools, children's pool and sunbathing terrace and only 5 minutes walk from the promenade and near to the town.

This apartment is excellent for families or couples and as it is on the ground floor it is great for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment has a bath with shower, English TV, DVD player, washing machine, safe, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, well equipped kitchen cupboards, breakfast bar, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, clothes maiden, outdoor table and 4 chairs,2 sunbeds,1 double bed in the bedroom and double bed settee in the lounge, therefore it sleeps up to 4 people cot available also.

The terrace gets the sunshine till mid afternoon and has pool views.

Tenerife: The island of Tenerife is the largest of the Canary archipelago. Mount Teide effectively splits the island in two. there is a gigantic, natural crater, called Las Cañadas del Teide, which is about 29 km across and has officially been declared a National Park. It lies over 2,000 m above sea level. North of the crater stands El Pico del Teide, a 3,718 m high mountain, which is the highest point in Spain This will be the first sight you see when flying in, and it never ceases to take your breath away!. It is snow covered in the winter and marks the island with its unique silhouette. The cooler northern part is a lush tropical paradise with banana plantations and palm trees. Here, you will have a number of more cloudy days, and perhaps even a few rainy days. In contrast the south of the island is hot and dry with almost a desert like landscape.

Los Cristianos: The resort of Los Cristianos lies in a sheltered bay in the south of the island. Originally, Los Cristianos was a small fishing village and much of the old town still retains a Canarian feel. As well as the numerous tourists, many locals still choose to live here, and can often be seen sitting in the square around the old church watching the world go by.The focal point of Los Cristianos is the working harbour where small fishing boats weave in and out of the large ferries and jet foils making their regular trips to the nearby islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro. From this harbour numerous other boats cater to the tourist market by offering trips to view the whales and dolphins. You will find a variety of restaurants available for your lunch or evening meal- Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Spanish and Canarian of course, to name but a few. And for the holidaymaker partial to a drop of liquid refreshment, there is no shortage of bars and pubs in which to unwind.

LOCATION IS VERY GOOD

We stayed here for just over a week in March.We were very impressed with the location as it was so convenient for restaurants,bars the beach
and fairly level.we thought we may have noise disturbance from some of the more lively bars but that wasn't the case.The apartment was beautifully furnished with all mod cons.The only snag for us was the lack of a bath(which there was plenty of room for) we probably sound old-fashioned but the age group which would appreciate the accomodation may or may not agree with me.I also think maybe families with small children would find a bath easier.

My wife and i stayed here end of march.the apartment is 5 star accomodation well equipped(to many to mention)and quality furnishings.everything is immaculate and spotlessly clean.the patio was fantastic with table and chairs sun loungers and a view of los cristianos.as for the complex itself its clean and well maintained with many restaurants and bars on your doorstep.5 min to sea.we have no hesitation in recomending this beautiful presented apartment to family and friends.hope to return in the near future.also i would like to mention sarah who made our holiday booking stress free.your a credit to the industry.

A VERY NICE APARTMENT

We spent a week here in March 2011. The apartment was scrupulously clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Although we ate out most evenings there was everything needed for preparing meals there. The teraace is very pleasant, with good sun loungers plus chairs and a dining table. It wasn't quite warm enough in March to eat outside, but it must be very pleasant in summer. The location is good, with a supermarket close by and several restaurants nearby. However, because Los Cristianos attracts very many British people and many retired people, most restaurants are of the 'full English all day breakfast' style. There are several Indian and Chinese places but, apart from a very good tapas bar nearby, we needed to search a bit to find the more authentically Spanish places. A couple of evenings we did hear some noise (loud music) from a bar outside the complex but the apartment is far enough away for it not to be disturbing. There's a spa at Paradise Park Hotel close by but, although the massage and facial treatment I had were quite good, the staff were a bit offhand - pampering it wasn't.

Los Cristianos is in the south of Tenerife which enjoys great temperatures all year round. It still keeps some of its traditional fishing village charm while offering a wide variety of excellent bars, restaurants & activities for a great holiday. At the back of Los Cristianos are golf courses, you can go to see whales & dolphins on a boat trip from the harbour or just relax on the lovely clean beaches. There are many other activities in the surrounding areas including, water sports, go carting, aqua park, zoos and wildlife parks, quad biking, hiking, walking, bike rides and much more.

Victoria Court 2 is well situated with great bars, restaurants, supermarket & bank within a couple of minutes walk if you did not want to walk into town (approx 10 minutes stroll). It is an ideal complex for a family holiday or couples looking for a quiet holiday.

It is only 20 minutes by car from the airport, so your holiday can start almost straight away.
