recently renovated apartment, quiet, with air conditioning

Spacious, contemporary, fully renovated , between famous Place Rossetti and the Porte Fausse, internet and international TV channels, sleeps upto 4.

This apartment offers extremely comfortable accommodation with fully equipped open plan kitchen, huge bathroom area, plenty of wardrobe space, cosy, quiet bedroom, quality sofa bed in lounget. As with most Old Town buildings, there is no lift but the 4th floor apartment is well worth the effort. The stairs are wide and not difficult to climb. For the hot summer days, there is air conditioning

THAN 8PM FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY, AND 2 PM ON SUNDAY.

PARKING: Please note that parking space is NOT provided with the rental apartment. There are public sheltered car parks throughout the town as well as metered and unmetered street parking.

We stayed in this apartment for one week in June 2012, and could not have been happier. The apartment was perfect... really well located (short walk to transport connections throughout nice and the cote d'azur, shops, the beach, and hundreds of restaurants), and completely comfortable with all amenities (including fast wifi, aircon), there was nothing we needed which wasn't there. The apartment was newly renovated and spotlessly clean!! Plus the bedroom is very quiet, and there was heaps of space for hanging clothes etc. The agency were also very helpful... the booking process was easy, they gave a friendly welcome and great instructions, and communications were extremely professional and friendly. On balance, for the price we could not have asked for more, we would love to come back!! !!Thanks!!
