Located just a block away from Place de la Madeleine, this spacious 6th-floor apartment is modern, airy, and fully equipped for a Parisian getaway. The building has an elevator and the interior was recently refurbished with new bathrooms, a new kitchen, and modern décor.

The two bedrooms each have direct access to a bathroom. Both bathrooms contain sinks and showers, and one contains a toilet as well. An additional toilet is located in the separate half bathroom off the entry.
Both bedrooms have king-sized beds, and in one it is possible to separate the bed into two twins. Linens and a set of towel per guest are included in the rent.
The apartment comes with all comforts included: TV, wifi, and international calling to most countries.

This apartment was as lovely as we were hoping it would be—almost exactly what we were expecting from the pictures/descriptions, and maybe even a bit nicer. Bright, quiet, beautifully decorated, and quite spacious; my family of four, including two young boys, felt immediately at home.
The property is extremely well kept. All appliances in perfect working order, with detailed instruction manuals provided; beds very comfortable; everything immaculate and well-maintained. Great wi-fi service. The one tiny, niggling issue: the apartment is on the 6th floor, and the elevator is tiny, so if there's more than two of you, you'll either have to wait for the elevator to make two trips, or send some of your party down (or up) by the stairs.
The neighborhood is beautiful and convenient, with much of "tourist" Paris within fairly close walking distance and the Madeleine metro stop just steps from the front door. Several supermarkets within a few minutes' walk (including the enormous food hall at Galeries Lafayette), as well as Fauchon and Hediard just around the corner, and numerous bakeries as well. It's not the liveliest area at night, but proximity to the metro makes it easy to get almost anywhere rather quickly.
Special kudos to Armandine at the Glam@Paris agency, who made the entire booking/arrival/departure process unbelievably easy and hassle-free. We felt very well-taken care of during our entire stay.
We'd absolutely recommend this property, and will very strongly consider staying at either this apartment or another one of Glam@Paris's properties on our next visit.
The neighborhood surrounding Place de la Madeleine and Place de la Concorde is renowned for its luxury shopping and fine delicatessens: Ladurée, Fauchon, Hermès and Chanel are just a few examples of the brands that have established the district as one of the most chic in Paris. It's a foodie and fashion paradise!
The apartment is easily accessible by metro and very close to all major Parisian attractions, particularly the Grand Palais, Place Vendome, the Tuileries and the Louvre.

Bicycles for rent (Velibs) are below the apartment, 20 meters away.
There is a taxi stop in the Place de la Madeleine, just near the apartment.
The Air France shuttle is at Porte Maillot or Invalides and goes directly to the airports.
The RER A train will take you straight to Eurodisney Paris.
Private street parking is located 150 meters away from the apartment.

Minimum stay is 5 days but the rates is usually the one for the week depending on the calendar, feel free to ask.
Payment by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions (+3.5% on AMEX, +2.5% on Visa/Mastercards).
For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.
A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
The rent includes: long distance phone calls (free on landlines), wireless internet, hot water and electricity 24/7, cable TV (including international channels), household linens/towels/soap/shampoo. Final cleaning is included in the price.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (EUR) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
