This smart & impressive detached villa offers bright, spacious accommodation. The open plan ground floor is comfortable, light and airy with a modern well-equipped kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the lounge, although we prefer a maximum of 6 guests. There is a guests' WC downstairs. To the first floor the 3 bedrooms consist of 2 double bedrooms with their own balconies and 1 twin bedroom (with 2 single beds). There is a luxury bathroom with corner Jacuzzi bath. Most of the time will be spent around the pool area, nicely enclosed and considered safe for children to play; the main attraction is a having your own PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. There is a large outside table & chairs where you will enjoy most meals by the poolside. You must book early to avoid disappointment and secure this villa for your family holiday. *** BOOKING CONDITIONS: Max of 6 people, familes or couples only - strictly no 'groups', this is a quiet residential road with retired people in the vacinity. ***
