How to reach it: By car: Motorway A1 exit Florence north and follow the indications to the centre. Attention the apartment is really in the heart of the storical centre and there is a limited traffic area, so it is allowed to come in by car, but you must park it in a garage or authorized parking. By train: Making sure that your train arrives in Santa Maria Novella Station, you are at 200m from the apartment. By plain: Amerigo Vespucci Florence Airport (Peretola) it is recommended the taxi (20min) or our incoming personnel service (see the prices below) . Galileo Galilei Pisa Airport (Pisa) it is recommended to take the bus (around 1hr) or our incoming personnel service (see the prices below).Borgo Panigale Bologna Airport it is recommended to take the train (around 1h.30) or our incoming personnel service (see the prices below).

  • There are price reductions for stays of 2 weeks or more. During Easter, Christmas and New Year the prices have an increase of 20%.The annulment of the reservation allows the loss of the deposit. Can stay in the apartment only the persons indicated in the reservation. Animals are allowed. Extra: Child service: bed with a parapet for child of max. 3 years old, eating seat and baby stroller : €. 80,00. Incoming personnel service for 4 persons + baggage :Firenze airport: €. 100,00. Pisa airport : €. 200,00. Bologna airport: €. 250,00. Payment conditions: Total amount: 30% in advance through the chosen “payment modality” , within one week from the booking date, in order to confirm Your reservation; balance by cash at the arrival and keys’ delivery.
    In addition, a deposit of € 200,00 as guarantee for damages to the house or to the belongings inside. That will give you back at the check out, after previous and common inspection.

A very comfortable apartment in a superb location (not in a cute little square but on a small street)- just steps to the train station and to the market. Handy to all the tourist sites. We walked everywhere; just a five minute stroll to the Duomo. And convenient for making day trips to places like Siena and Pisa.

Our only - and minor - complaint is that there were no good sharp knives in the kitchen for preparing meals. Otherwise the apartment was well-supplied.

The owners met us at the train station and were very helpful. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch.

We definitely would recommend this place.
