Castaing is a stunning house set in the Lot-et-Garonne and close to the Gironde and Dordogne borders. Castaing has an abundance of style, sophistication and comfort. There are large lawns surrounding the house and the 12m by 6m pool sits proudly at the edge of the garden with stunning views across the open landscape. Castaing has five very comfortable bedrooms with 4 bathrooms of which three are en-suite.There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with a large dining area and comfortable seating in the large open planned living space. There is a TV, DVD player and free to view box allowing the standard UK channels as well as Sky TV and SKY Sports in the lounge on the mezzanine. There is wifi Internet access through out the house. It is a wonderful holiday home ideal for everyone. It's great for two families sharing the luxurious space, a family wanting to invite guests during their stay or simply adults and wine enthusiasts in search of beautiful accommodation in a tranquil location. The house is ideal for out of season lets too,with Easter, autumn & winter breaks. It has a heating system as well as underfloor heating in the living space. There are two fireplaces with very efficient log burners making a cosy environment for the colder seasons.

This stunning property sits near the idyllic village of Levignac de Guyenne and is 15 minutes away from the popular town of Duras. In the Summer most of the villages run wonderful night markets with locals preparing delicious meals on every stall surrounding the town square. Levignac has a particular lively one with dancing into the early ours of the morning. Castaing is situated in the Lot e Garonne and close to the borders of the Gironde & Dordogne making it an ideal place to explore all the sites and wonders of the Aquitaine region. Bordeaux town centre is an hours drive away and is a fantastic day out exploring this transformed city. Arcachon beach with the largest sand dunes in Europe is a 90mins drive. Bergerac is a fabulous historic town to explore. Saint Emillion is a great day out enjoying the marvels of this historic and cultural city, not to mention a fine glass of red wine over an enjoyable lunch. There is so much sight seeing to be enjoyed within the Aquitaine region.
