(We own 3 units in this complex. 2 Units are beach level and one unit is 4th floor channel facing.)

Two beautiful, fully furnished 'Kings View Resort' waterfront Condos are the first floor (beach level) with spectacular and unobstructed views of the beach, London Bridge, channel, and your boat! Unit 408 purchased and furnished July 2010 is located on the 4th floor and has channel and bridge view.

Enjoy the HEATED pool and pool house, or step out to the sand and water to enjoy the lake. You can pull your boat or PWC right up onto the beach overnight and relax all day in front of your Condo with a cocktail. The boat launch is just minutes away.

Enjoy the rich comforts of the Condo with designer decor, complete entertainment center, comfortable new micro-fiber couches, and views from the expansive windows overlooking the beach, channel, village and London Bridge.

These rare beach units are larger than most with two master bedrooms and two master baths with huge vanities and double sinks. Each King bedroom is richly furnished with a 20 inch flat screen TV, and a double slider to the beach, patio furniture, and waterfront walkway.

Take the waterfront walkway to the English Village, London Bridge, Marina, restaurants, and nightclubs, or simply walk across the street to a multitude of choices for dining, entertainment, shopping and the Swap Meet.

Great Location, Great Condo Rental

This condo rental was my best experience on VRBO yet! The condo was in the perfect location, right in the heart of all the good restaurants and fun bars. The place was totally immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only bad thing about the condo is that it didn't have wireless. It did have an Ethernet connection, but with two of us working remotely it wasn't enough. That said, I highly recommend this Lake Havasu rental. The owner is super friendly and quite helpful.
