Located less than 15 minutes from the sandy beaches and 5 minutes from the mall and approx. 50 minutes drive from Tampa airport. This villa holiday is suitable for families or couples alike and is centrally located for all amenities. Tennis lovers will be happy to know that this poolside home is also located less than 5 minutes from the world famous Bollettieri Tennis Academy.

Our vacation in Florida was for a "Girls Week" of golfing, shopping and sunning. When we arrived we found the house was even better than described in the advertisement. It was very clean and in a great neighbourhood. The pool was lovely with the pond in the back very picturesque. There was a grocery store just around the corner. Other shopping, golfing and the beachs were all within a 10 to 15 minute drive. We spent some time in Sarasota at St. Armand's Circle shopping, which I would recommend for the savy shopper. This house was central to all our needs and we totally recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in this area in Florida.

We have been coming to Florida since 1992 and have stayed in many parts of the Gulf Coast. This property is well placed in a quiet residential area backing onto a peaceful lake. The Villa is excellent and extremley well maintained and has everything you need for a home from home. It is close to the beaches of Anna Maria Island (15 mins) where we would highly recommend Holmes Beach especially the Beach Cafe for breakfast. It is close to many supermarkets and other retails outlets and has a great selection of resturants close by; Bonefish, Sandbar, Road and Reel, Carrabas, Beach House and many others. You can reach Busch Gardens in an hour and the theme parks of Orlando in 2 hours plus all the excellent beaches of the Gulf, Siesta key, Venice etc.
The house was a great place to stay and we would place it in our top 4 for villas we have rented on the Gulf in the last 18 years. You will not be disappointed.
