Fantastic House, Location and Vacation!

Myself, my husband and two eighteen year olds stayed at Airt House for one week in July 2013.  From the very beginning PJ could not have been more pleasant and professional to deal with. He responded to our inquiry and follow-up emails within 24 hours every time.  On our arrival day, PJ met us at the house.  He accommodated our earlier than typical arrival with graciousness and good humor.  The house was lovely.  Big.  Spotlessly clean.  Spacious.  Each of the five bedrooms were freshly made up with two towels left  on each bed.  The bathrooms were sparkling clean.  The kitchen was extremely well appointed - glasses, plates, cutlery, coffee pot, tea pot, dishwasher, tea towels, mugs, wine glasses, bottle openers and much more.  The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer, and there is a clothes line.  The conservatory overlooking the garden was my favorite.  The family room was huge!  Flat screen tv, cable, DVD player.  All appliances and wifi worked flawlessly.  The house is decorated in a bright, causal, comfortable and fresh manner.  I honestly cannot think of anything that was not supplied.  We even had re-useable shopping bags in the kitchen.   PJ shared lists for local restaurants, shopping, golf courses and more.  His recommendations were spot on!  He was always available by phone for a quick question.  It is a very safe neighborhood, with local bus and DART train very close by.  The two 18 year olds popped in and out of town on the DART train at least twice.   The house is about 10 minutes from Dublin Airport and is close to major roadways, such as the Belfast Road and the Galway Road.  The on site parking is a huge plus!  The beach is literally up the road with lots of things to do locally.  Highly recommend Malahide Castle and it's Avoca Cafe.  In summary, we would highly recommend this property.   PJ was great to work with and very accommodating. We look forward to coming back soon.  Thanks PJ.
