2 bedroom,1 bedroom,studios - heated pool - beach across road

We had a great holiday thank you and thought the location of your apartment was ideal. We went to Torviscas Alto last year and the hill nearly killed us in that heat!
The apartment was very comfortable and clean but if you are looking for some feedback in ways to improve it I could suggest the following:
A larger selection of tall glasses and perhaps some deeper bowls.
A heavier duty parasol to provide a little more shade on the balcony.

It may be an idea to suggest to families who are going to your apartment to obtain a Green Banana Card. We didn’t get one last year as we didn’t know anything about it but were lucky this year when one of the excursion outlets offered us one on the first day of the holiday.
Please note that these are not criticisms as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The lady who provides the linen change was very friendly and efficient.

The complex was lovely and clean and the pool area was very inviting. The only problem was that it was so busy it was impossible to get a sunbed unless you were willing to queue at 08:30am. It may be that this is the case everywhere in the school holidays as normally I take my children out of school but because my eldest is now in his last two years of school we found it necessary not to do that this year. It was quite an eye-opener as to how busy it gets.

The Sun Inn pub served fantastic food and the Baileys Cheesecake was ‘to die for!!!’ The staff at the pool bar were very friendly and it was a nice touch that they would provide waitress service at the pool with no extra charge.

There are plenty of nice restaurants to choose from, one of the children’s favourite was Great Little Italy.

The attractions we enjoyed were Siam Park (which was one of the reasons for our return to Tenerife). We took several trips on the banana boat at Fanabe beach. The children thoroughly enjoyed the inflatable assault course in the sea at the small beach next to Puerto Colon. This was fantastic value at 6 Euros for an hour or 10 Euros for the day. They also thoroughly enjoyed the electric scooters on the promenade. Last but by no means least we had a go on the underwater scooters which was an amazing and fun experience.

On the whole we had a fantastic time and were not ready to return home (it’s too cold!).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment, the complex was ideal and not too overcrowded, and is ideally placed to get out and about. We found the apartment and complex lovely and clean and had everything we needed (including the clothes pegs). On arrival having the tea etc is a lovely touch and greatly received, especially when the flight is delayed. We would recommend the Gordon Ransay restaurant around the corner, good value (3 courses 7.95 euros) and good service, we do think a lot of tourists might mistake it for Gordon Ramsey though! Anyway a great time and thank you for the use of your apartment, will definitely think about coming again.

This is a lovely apartment on a very nice complex. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the complex and a supermarket, plenty going on but not noisy at all. Close to beach and prom and plenty more shops, restaurants, bars etc. The booking was handled very efficiently by Janette the owner with very clear directions and instructions. Thank you for letting us use your lovely apartment and I would have no hesitation in recommending this to others, we had a brilliant week.
