Rental Rates for this vacation condo rental in Bermuda

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  Maid service is available upon request.
  Five night minimum booking at $750 per night for anything less than one week. We are happy to arrange for a taxi driver to meet you at the airport if you wish (approximately $45 for the ride), and he can take you to a grocery store on the way to the condo to pick up supplies.
  N.B. This property is not suitable for toddlers/small infants. Children must be over ten years of age.
  ** Special rates may apply during holiday periods (eg. Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving etc.) Email for information.
• **Important to note** Bermuda Government charges a 7.5% 'occupancy tax' on all rentals for six persons or more which will be added to your bill. Otherwise, there are no additional charges.
  
  Payment terms and conditions : $1,500 security deposit is due on signing rental contract by personal check, wire transfer or bank draft. Full prepayment (non-refundable) including additional 7.5% Govt. Occupancy Tax if applicable, is due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit is returned in full if cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival. All payment is forfeited if canceled within 30 days of arrival. Renters should purchase trip insurance if there is any chance they may have to cancel their reservation within 30 days of arrival for any reason.
  Security deposit is returned within 60 days of departure, less charges incurred for damages, electricity in excess of $200/wk during the rental period, miscellaneous expenses incurred during stay (cable charges, phone, etc.)
