Kotor-Muo is a charming village located right next to Kotor. The location of this new 1st floor apartment is simply stunning and offers all the modern day comforts you would expect. It has the added benefit of a free allocated parking space - a rare thing this close to Kotor! Simply wake up and watch the cruise liners and yachts make their way into Kotor - one of the most famous and exciting places on the Boka-Kotorska bay!

The main heart of Kotor, a UNESCO world heritage site, is only a short walk away where you can find boutique shops, bars, cafes, casinos and restaurants.

Alternatively, relax on either of the 2 private balconies, enjoying uninterrupted views of Kotor or go for a swim in either the shared pool or the bay - the choice is yours!

Rental Management: Our English speaking rental management company can provide you with full support during your stay. They can also arrange: transfers from the airport to and from the apartment, a range of excursions, chauffeur service.

Extra services and further information: For the benefit of our guests, our rental management company can also arrange: a basic welcome pack, super welcome pack, honeymoon / special occasion pack, standard cleaning pack, travel cot hire, standard cot hire, high chair hire. Note a small charge will apply.

Pool information: The pool is quite deep (approx 5 foot deep) and has no shallow end and is therefore not suitable for small children or for children who can’t swim. Children must be able to swim and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The pool is operational from roughly May through to September although the exact start and end dates will vary dependent on the weather. If you think that this may effect your holiday then please contact us.

A wonderful stay and great base to visit Montenegro.

Fabulous views. Sadly because of the weather we didn't get the amazing sunrises all the other guests raved about other than the morning we left but the scenery changes with the weather were still spectacular. Sitting out late at night was a joy.

We were undecided about having a car but in the end we drove down from Dubrovnik and the journey is very easy ( we didn't take the ferry preferring to drive round to see more. Once there we did a mixture of bus rides and driving and lots of walking. It is very easy to get buses but not so easy getting any info out of the tourist information - just go to the bus station info office instead and for the very local ones just hop on on the street. The taxi rides back from old town are very cheap still. Our favourite restaurant was Bocca Bay about 4kms further on the waterside. The apartment met our needs very well but if definitely need a bigger table on the terrace as even in poor weather its sheltered so we still sat out for breakfast everyday..

Wonderful stay

As all of the other reviewers have said this is a wonderful apartment. We had stayed previously in the same block but a smaller apartment. The view from the apartment is incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had a wonderful meal at the Astoria on our last night with some local friends and can well recommend this restaurant.

Thanks to the driver Borjan for bringing us to and from Croatia and we will definately be returning.

We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough!! It was just perfect, giving us everything we needed and the views are absolutely superb! The quality of this apartment is outstanding – it is clean, tidy and very spacious. It is in an excellent location with a view that definitely has the WOW factor! To wake up to such fantastic views over the fjord and hills towards the lovely Old Town was the best start to the day anyone could ask for. So much so, that we were up at 7.00am each day (normally unheard of on holiday!) so that we could sit on the ample balcony in the sun eating breakfast whilst watching the sun rise, listening to the birds singing and watching Kotor start its day! And to also sit on the balcony during the evenings with a glass of wine was the perfect end to the day! The cruise ships which visit Kotor are quite a sight to behold and fascinating to watch. The Old Town, which is just 15 minutes walk, is a lovely place to visit and the food and drink is exceptionally reasonable, as is the supermarket food – an extra bonus to the holiday! We visited Budva for the day which was a nice little place with a beach, marina and Old Town, and had a lovely lunch at a restaurant in the sun on the beach which cost just €20 for 2 courses, wine and coffee!

All in all, one of the best holidays we have ever had and we cannot wait to visit again! Thank you!

We have just returned from a fantastic week in Kotor. The apartment has truly majestic views from the terraces, we never tired of looking over the fjord during the day to see the cruise liners arriving in Kotor, or, at night just admiring the lights sparkling in the fjord while we had a drink. Very precarious walking into Kotor (20 minutes) as there are no pavements but you can get taxis from the apartment for 2 euros, we always walked in and got a taxi back. Our favourite restaurant had only just opened in Kotor old town, Astoria, no expense spaired inside, lovely food, very modern, worth going inside just to look at the decor and the ultra modern loos. As we didn't have a car we got a taxi to Perast (11 euros) and a bus back (1 euro per person!!). We walked for just over an hour to Stoliv, right alongside the fjord, such a pretty walk. A lot of the apartments in the complex were not occupied so we had the pool all to ourselves. All in all, a lovely apartment, very central for Kotor, with views to die for.

When it's freezing cold, wet, windy and snowing, dark at 4 p.m in the winter here in the U.K., we will think of Kotor, the sunshine, alfresco dining and the magnificent views. Just try it, you won't be disappointed...........honestly........................

Lovely holiday

My husband and I have just recently returned from a 10 day holiday in this apartment. The write up says "stunning", and it truly is! The views from the balcony are unbelievable, at day or night. And what a view to wake up to from the bedroom full length windows. We were a little restricted as to what we could do as I had broken my ankle a couple of weeks before, but just to sit there and watch the liners, yachts, boats, and just the world go by was as good a tonic as anything. The apartment was spotless and I thoroughly recommend it. Hire a car and see the dramatic scenery throughout Montenegro.

Beautiful location

This apartment has a breathtaking view of Kotor. We were surprised at how many cruise ships come into the port. The apartment was nicely furnished with everything needed. There were a few problems with plumbing which we brought to the attention of the management company. A bit more information on restaurant recommendations would be helpful in the apartment. Our disappointment was that the swimming pool was not functional during our stay in early May. I do wish the owners could come up with a different way to take deposits - wiring money from the US is extremely expensive. Paypal is an option that helps the renter save some money.

Owner's Response: Hello, We appreciate all your reviews and feedback and we aim to improve anything we can to make our guest's stay as enjoyable as possible. We have an on-site caretaker that can generally address any problems that you may encounter usually the same day (his number is posted in the entrance to the building). He provides an excellent service and is always willing to help. Our information pack and visitors book contain a wealth of information on restaurants and places to see. There is also an official guide to Montenegro in the apartment containing a wealth of information. We apologise that there was a problem with the pool which had developed a small leak! These problems do occur from time to time and our Property Management Company have been quick to spot this and this has now been fixed. We have looked at Paypal but although this would save you money (the sender) we then get hit for the transaction costs which we would then have to pass on to yourselves. Warm regards, Luke & Heather

Kotor Old Town, the famous UNESCO World Heritage Site, is full of history dating back to the Roman Empire and contains several churches, museums and venetian architecture with a stunning cathedral which dates back to 1166. The town combines the old with the new, with modern shops, bars and restaurants.

The beautiful marina, which is right next to the fort, will accommodate the largest of yachts and cruise liners in the deepest fjord in the Mediterranean, voted one of the top 10 'Most Beautiful Bays in the World'.
