5 bedroom 5 bathroom designer bunk room - 1400 meters high well equipped

Stunning mountain retreat- magnificent views. 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom, designer bunk room. 4000ft above sea level. This property is furnished to a fabulous standard, the lounge has a log fire and comfy couches, the kitchen is fully equipped with balconies leading onto a barbecue area which has magnificent views over the Dolomites. All rooms have balconies and are en suite with well equipped bathrooms both with bath and shower. The beds are of the highest standard as are the bed linens. All beds are super king, however the bunk room which is tastefully decorated in the Ladino style has four full size single beds which are 3ft wide by 6ft 6ins long, which will also accommodate adults as well as children. This room has a seperate bathroom with shower bidet, and sink. There is a ski boot room, with boot warmer, and outside there is lots of parking. The local walks through the forest which is part of the Pinaid estate are wonderful in summer and in winter. This villa is not to be missed…

Harmony, fun, relaxing great energy. We built this house from new, ten years ago, it is a great and relaxing place for summer and winter, you can enjoy the ski resorts and great walking in the area, and the village Ortisai has a great selection of shopping and resturents.

Extraordinary house. Spacious and very comfortable

The house was nearly perfect. Large rooms, well furnished. One (top floor) bedroom was almost an apartment in itself. Actually we can't think of anything bad about this house. Decoration was "of personal taste'' but surely done with passion and quality.

It's about 15 minutes drive from the nearest slopes so you need a car and a sense of good driving as the house is positioned a little off track. When there's no snow the road is good to drive though very small and well curved (watch out for deers crossing).

When your looking for a convenient and really quiet place: this one is spot-on.

We've enjoyed our stay. Skiing in Val Gardena is superb.

Alsolutely gorgeous

We have been in Pinaid house for our sky holiday and we had an wonderful time. We were 4 families with kids and the house is absolutely perfect for this kind of group. The kids were in heaven in the bunk room and the adults as well in the wonderful double rooms. In my opinion the house meets all the standards no matter how demanding you may be. The view is breathless and the ski slopes are within 5km from the house (no more than 10 min in the car).

Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will come back for sure for the summer holiday.

Stunning Retreat

Without doubt the nicest property we have ever stayed in!!! We were a party of 3 couples and found the Pinaid to be everything we could ever wish for. Stunning views over the Dolomites, luxurious accommodation (fully equipped) and just a short drive to the ski slopes and fabulous restaurants. Village of San Pietro just a short walk away. FABULOUS!!!!!!! Will definitely return......

Fairy tale house in the Dolomites. Fully equipped.

We were in the house for a complete week and really had a great time at the Dolomites. We were 4 couples, plus one single person and a baby. There was plenty of room for us all. Rooms are very large, 4 of them double with complete bathroom en-suite, and one room with 4 beds and bathroom outside. The house is amazing, and sometimes you even feel like you are in a fairy tale, with all the decorations of the house.

House is fully equipped. I have never been before in such and equipped kitchen as this was! There is also a BBQ in the terrace and a complete laundry-room. You will find whatever you need there for your stay.

Also, the views are awesome from the terraces, you fell you are in the sky.

Location is pretty good, only around 15 minutes to Ortisei, with bars, restaurants, supermarket, ....

I can say, hands down, this is the best house I´ve ever rented.

History & Culture around a Wonderful Panoramic Terrace

The 'mountain cathedral,' as the parish church of Lajen/Laion is often called, tells a story of a special vacation region. Archeological evidence uncovered on the Innerraschötz / Resciesa Alpine Meadow indicates that Lajen/Laion was settled during the Stone Age, in approx. 6000 B.C. The first traces of human habitation at the Wasserbühl date back to the Bronze Age. After that, evidence of historical inhabitants can be found. The most-famous of these is without a doubt Walter von der Vogelweide; you are free to hike to and view the Vogelweid farmstead! You now have almost unlimited access to the attractions of this region: With the Gardena Card, you have complete freedom to explore this exciting vacation resort area.

Ski: the nearest ski lift is around a 9 kilometer car ride to the village of Ortisei. This lift connects to the famous Sella Ronda which has 140 kilometers of connected ski runs.Alp de suisse also another beautiful resort connected to this village.The famous mens downhill runs from the next village Santa Christina, and further up the mountain you arrive in Selva the heart of Val Gardena.These ski resorts are all connected and will take you as far as San Cassiano.
