This new development is located at Nocera Terinese, approx 20 min drive north of Lamezia airport.

Nocera Marina offers a newly appointed beach front with many small bars and restaurants along with other amenities; shops, supermarket etc. A weekly local market offers typical and fresh produce along with various other goods. The towns of Campora San Giovanni and Amantea are a short drive away.

The residence is conveniently positioned to explore the many traditional hilltop villages and dramatic scenery as well as taking advantage of the National Park of La Sila (approx 1 ¼ hr drive away) which offers many outdoor activities; pony trekking, quad biking, walking and skiing in the winter. The resort town of Falerna Marina is a 5 minute drive away where you will find a parade of shops and cafe bars along with shops and restaurants.
