Riverside apartment with fantastic views over the Thames sleeps up to 6 people

Our fabulous Two Bedroom apartment is located on the fifth floor (with lift) of a smart riverside development close to Battersea Park, one of London’s prettiest parks .

The property has been finished to a high-specification and comprises reception room with sofa bed, study and doors to the balcony with views of the River Thames, sleek open-plan kitchen with dining area, separate utility room, master bedroom with double bed and chic en-suite shower-steam room, good-sized second bedroom with either twin or double beds, elegant bathroom with tile television, excellent storage space. WiFi, remote controlled mood lighting, built-in surround sound system, Plasma - LCD televisions with satellite TV. Centrally heated.

The apartment also benefits from a wonderful leisure suite including a 47' swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, sauna, jacuzzi and secure underground parking.

Leisure Centre opening hours: 5am to 12am. The centre will be closed at times to allow cleaning and routine maintenance. A maximum of four visitors per flat are allowed in the leisure centre at any one time. No one is permitted to use the gymnasium unless they have attended one of the authorized induction courses led by a professional trainer.

Everything about the apartment was as in the pictures. the owner was easy to communicate with and gave good advice on restaurants and shows. In the apartment you find all kinds of maps and guidebooks.
the apartment was clean, modern w comfy beds. One of us was a light sleeper, and the bedrooms face the road, so she was a bit disturbed by the traffic and noise from building site, for the rest of us this was not a problem.
Very easy transport to all the central locations, and the lovely view from the balcony was so relaxing once you were back home. Also so nice to have access to the spa in the same building, sink down in the hot tub and swimming pool after a day in town.
would stay again and strongly recommend

Recently stayed here, and agree with the majority of reviews. Very convenient location close to the rail, river and buses. There were four of us and we never felt crowded. Heating was excellent very warm and cosy. A few things that could be improved were, the fridge door definately needs addressing, also just a few more nick nacks, ei potato masher, sharp knives and a few extra kitchen bits would make the kitchen much more user friendly. Fortunately my hubby is IT friendly, but you really should look at making this fab apartment a but easier to use, 7 remotes are just too much for the average Joe, check out Aldi to update some of your systems for not a lot of money, you would save it in technical repairs. But there are lots of positives about this apartment so don't let some of our constructive comments detract from renting, I'm sure you won't be dsappointed.

Wonderful apartment, everything you need is here, and the view, day and night is great. Comfortable beds and absolutly spotless and we would stay again if we're ever in London. I could rave on about all the superlatives that have been covered elsewhere, just to repeat, but I won't and agree with all that has been said. We had a travel pass and the bus stop is just outside the door to go to Vauxhall underground, although some days we walked it's not far. About the only thing to complain about is the fridge as the fridge and freezer doors are all in one so the freezer opens when you open the door to the fridge too, weird, AND you need muscles like Arnie to open the door, one of our friends couldn't manage it.
A downside to our stay was that the lift broke down and the apartment is on the 5th floor and it's an 8 week to fix it job, not the apartments owners fault, who were great to deal with, but definitely a pain in the butt

We stayed at this Vauxhall property for eight nights, with two adults and two small children. We would recommend this vacation property without hesitation for the following reasons:

1. It's very conveniently located. It's in central London, but not in the hustle/bustle areas. Therefore, it was quiet at night, yet we were very close to bus stops, tube stations, and multiple grocery stores.

2. The flat itself is very modern. The appliances (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, TVs, etc.) are all new. The flat is also fully equipped with everything you need to cook/eat. All linens are provided, even towels for the pool.

3. Yes, the flat comes with access to a magnificent pool and adequate gym. If you're a runner, Battersea Park is about 1 km down the road.

4. Steven and Monica are amazingly accommodating and very easy to reach by phone/email in the event of any problems (not that we had any, except that we couldn't figure out how to work the TV).

5. Almost forgot one really amazing attribute - the incredible unobstructed views of the Thames right from the balcony.

We would not hesitate to rent this flat again if we ever find ourselves in London. We really enjoyed our time in it.

Appartement très agréable. Parfaitement propre. Vue magnifique. Propriétaires sympas. Pas dans l'hyper centre turbulent... c'est finalement mieux. A 5mn à pied d'une station de métro. Supérette à proximité. Idéal pour 2 couples ou 1 couple + enfants. Bien mieux qu'un hôtel. Excellente formule.

It is also well placed to provide easy access to North of the River to Chelsea with its famous King's Road, Sloane Square, Chelsea Flower Show and Chelsea Physic Garden.
