Riverside apartment with fantastic views over the Thames sleeps up to 6 people

Our fabulous two bedroomed apartment is located on the fifth floor (with lift) of a smart riverside development close to Battersea Park, one of London’s prettiest parks .

The property has been finished to a high-specification and comprises reception room with sofa bed, study and doors to the balcony with views of the River Thames, sleek open-plan kitchen with dining area, separate utility room, master bedroom with double bed and chic en-suite shower-steam room, good-sized second bedroom with either twin or double beds, elegant bathroom with tile television, excellent storage space. WiFi, remote controlled mood lighting, built-in surround sound system, Plasma - LCD televisions with satellite TV. Centrally heated.

The apartment also benefits from a wonderful leisure suite including a 47' swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, sauna, jacuzzi and secure underground parking.

Leisure Centre opening hours: 5am to 12am. The centre will be closed at times to allow cleaning and routine maintenance. A maximum of four visitors per flat are allowed in the leisure centre at any one time. No one is permitted to use the gymnasium unless they have attended one of the authorized induction courses led by a professional trainer.

    The above rates apply to up to 4 guests, extra daily charge per additional guest: £25.

    Weekend nights are: Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

    Internet, linens, towels and utilities are included in the rental rates.

    Final cleaning: £60, to be added to the above Rates.

    Please note that we do sell 1 night stays, even if differently specified in the Rate Chart, if there is a gap between bookings.

    Secure car parking space in the building's garage is free of charge. Use of the leisure suite is included during the times and according to the rules specified on the Rental Agreement. Cleaning service is not included, but we may arrange for it as often as it is required.

    There are no other charges. Bank transaction fees (charged by both sides) are not included.

    30% deposit required to confirm reservation, outstanding balance to be paid six weeks before arrival.
  • We accept payments in Pounds Sterling or Euros by bank transfers. Alternatively we accept payments by Credit or Debit Cards in Euros or Pounds Sterling through PayPal (5% surcharcharge).

    We do not require a security deposit. Credit Card details are collected on check-in and kept until check-out. If damage has been done to the property or contents or if any other charges  are present on guest's file we will use the card information provided at check-in. We reserve the right to pre-authorize cards for later possible debit at our discretion.

    Cancellations by guest made more than 90 days before tenancy commencement will not incur cancellation charges (bank Fees to return the money are at the Guest's expense). Cancellations between 90 and 43 days of tenancy commencement will incur a 100% cancellation fee calculated on the amount paid for the deposit, between 0 and 42 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee calculated on the entire amount of booking.

Appartement très agréable. Parfaitement propre. Vue magnifique. Propriétaires sympas. Pas dans l'hyper centre turbulent... c'est finalement mieux. A 5mn à pied d'une station de métro. Supérette à proximité. Idéal pour 2 couples ou 1 couple + enfants. Bien mieux qu'un hôtel. Excellente formule.

Thanks Steve for the warm welcome upon our arrival and provided us a tour for the apartment and facilities. We love the beautiful river view and it's very clean and spacious. There's a bus stop at the door step which conveniently takes us to the metro station. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.
I note is that if you stay in the winter, double check with Steve on how to adjust to heat as it gets a bit cool later at night.
Owner's Response: Dear Joyce, Thank you very much for your kind review! I am glad you had a nice time together with your friends.
As for the heating system the apartment is provided with a timer and a thermostat, both connected with the boiler and very easy to operate. Obviously, as the temperature outside changes continuously, the settings have to be changed accordingly (the User Guides on how to operate the timer and the thermostat are kept in the apartment at our Guests' disposal). The flat has always been very warm during the winter as it is very well insulated and has double glazing windows and most of the times, even during the winter, there is no need to turn on the heating. We usually set the heating system so that there is no need to change the settings, but if the temperature drops dramatically, then we suggest our Guests to adjust the thermostat and the timer according to their needs. Joyce, if you will ever come back to us during the winter and cannot work out how to operate the heating system, just give us a ring!
