Four new air conditioned, self catering apartments in the lovely village of Xiropigado in Arkadia. The apartments are situated on top of a small cliff immediately above the beach with access to the beach via steps about 30 meters away. The views from the apartments are magnificent, all the apartments have balconies or a terrace overlooking the Argolic Gulf and the mountains of Argolida beyond. Nafplion is visible from the apartments and at night the scene is magical with lights around the bay including the lights on the castle of Nafplion. Each apartment has its own large balcony or terrace area and there is also a lovely communal barbecue & terrace area and a garden. The grounds are totally enclosed with an electric gate providing access making it a very safe place for children.

A lovely 3 bedroom ground floor apartment with terraces overlooking the sea and the spectacular views across the Argolic Gulf. The apartment will sleep up to seven comfortably in a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The Kitchen is fully equipped including a full size cooker and fridge freezer, there is also a washing machine in the apartment. Outside there is a garden and barbeque area. The grounds are fully enclosed with an electrically operated gate making it very safe for small children. Steps down to the beach are 30 meters away.

The apartments are on the edge of a quiet village with several good tavernas, a supermarket, a mini-market, an internet cafe (with great cakes and coffee) and several other shops. The area has many villages and towns with tavernas to suit all tastes & budgets. Beaches, ranging from sandy through to rocky are close by. For those with an interest in history and archaeology the apartment is close to both Argos, the oldest continuously inhabited town in Europe and Nafplion, the first Greek Capital and a delightful harbour town with many beautiful buildings and places of interest. The whole area is dotted with numerous ancient palaces, churches, castles and fortresses spanning 5,000 years. Nearby locations of interest include Mycenae, the magnificent theatre at Epidavros and other buildings and monuments from the Roman, Byzantine, Frank, Venetian and Turkish occupations of the area. Argos and Nafplion also provide a wonderful shopping experience and Athens is close enough for a day trip.
