Southern Dunes is located 20 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal and close to Tampa and Busch Gardens It is located in a quiet residential area and affords the best of both worlds being close enough to the attractions for ease of access but also giving quick access to the Beaches of the west coast if you want a rest from the Theme Parks.. There is a Wal-mart at the entrance to the community together with Restaurants,fast food outlets, Eckards, Video rental shops and Banks. In fact everything you need on the doorstep.If you desire you can actually walk to them if you want.English papers are also available at Wal-Mart..
