Very peaceful area with private beautifully landscaped gardens, swimming pool and yet near beach and town centre. There are many places of interest in the historic town of Lagos. Steeped in history it was from here that Henry the navigator set sail on his discoveries along with many other Portuguese explorers.
The apartment is close to a supermarket called Pingo Doce and the Marina is a 20 minute walk from the apartment. A walk across the Marina footbridge will lead you into the heart of the old town where you will find a very quaint typically Portuguese town with narrow cobbled streets and many shops, bars and restaurants. The largest beach in the area Meia Praia is the closest to the apartment as is the Palmares Golf course both within 5 minutes by car.
About 30 km away is Cape St. Vincent, the most westerly point of Europe offering spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean and close by the famous Amado and Carapateira beachs where surfers worldwide congregate.
