Chalet, bets alone in two parts, three bedrooms, 2-6 psersonen

Main house with annex, connected by a corridor. Both parts can be used separately. Main house has large kitchen and living room floor with two seating areas, one overlooking the garden, far different view towards Baraque de Fraiture. Above the bathroom, a small enclosed sleeping area, another large sleeping mat balcony. In the appendix are located downstairs area with separate shower room, bedroom upper part and use. Central heating for both parts simultaneously (gas), supported by wood stoves for each of the parts separately. The house is approximately 450 m above sea level, and an area of ??over an acre, with height of 15-20 meters. Approx. sixth as garden maintenance and use, there is also a gazebo. Two thirds of the entire area is intersected by footpaths.

Located at Houffalize in the Ardennes (8 km) among others known as organizer of mountain bike-even elements. Within the municipality of Houffalize numerous opportunities to walk in very hilly terrain (300 to 600 m above sea level). Highest point 652 m near Baraque de Fraiture. Swimming and water sports mgelijk at 18 km. distance in Weiswampach, ghd Lux, 20 km. Lac Belle Meuse Nadrin. Interesting for children: Donkey Park in Bastogne, Bisons in Recogne (Bastogne municipality) Houtopia (Houffalize), also various museums in Bastogne (eg. on Bulge in WWII). Many dining in Bastogne, particularly in Place McAuliffe. Hiking and biking available on recently constructed walking / biking trails (ravels) Bastogne-Wiltz in Luxembourg, and from Bastogne to Houffalize, the last with fairly steep sections. Panoramas in Nadrin (approx. 20 km.) Local area also offers much for walkers. Supermarket e. d in Bourcy (4 km.), otherwise in Houffalize and Bastogne. Other Activities: bison park, playground for children
