Ideal for families with children and pets as well as couples seeking a romantic holiday in the city of love. Just 50 meters from the house is a charming and well-equipped playground pleasant restaurants and bars for lunches, dinners, breakfasts and snacks. Recently renovated with care, the apartment is tastefully decorated in modern style and equipped with every comfort: multi-function shower with turkish bath, washing machine, TV, DVD and CD player, full kitchen with large oven and microwave, sofa bed double. Fresh and bright. Linens and towels are changed once a week. Wireless broadband Internet access.

A real home away from home!

If you want to really feel at home after a long day of sightseeing and walking through the hills of Verona, then this is the perfect little getaway. The apartment is more spacious than a hotel room, plus there's the touch of home and the hospitality of Sergio and his family. I loved having a kitchen even though I only stayed for a few nights and didn't cook, but it was nice to pick up some fresh fruit and baked goods from the local markets for the mornings. It's an easy walk to all the major sights, shops, markets, and restaurants. Very clean and modern with everything I needed... I only wished for an extra bed pillow :) I hope to stay here again.

Cosi, clean apartment, perfect location

We stayed in the apartment for a week in June 2011 and enjoyed it completely. The apartment is very clean and spacious enough for a family with two children. It has all the amenities one could need and everything in perfect condition. Sergio, the owner was very friendly and helpful. The best thing about the apartment is its location: it is in the peaceful residential area, with a lot of greenery, yet it is only 10 min on foot to historic centre of Verona. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Verona.

Just relaxing in good residential area!

I stayed at this apartment for a week with my 26-year daughter in April.
It takes about 10-15 mins on foot to Piazza Erbe or to Julietts House. This nice apartment is in a good residential area. The owner, Sergio lives near this apartment and very helpful, and very kind family.
We were very happy to stay here with clean, good, new and modern equipment inside.
There's also a good atomosphere play ground for kids in 50 meters and a bakery shop is just on corner.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
