Detached house sleeping 4 /5comfort and elegance.

Angie’s house boasts, on the first floor, a large, bright and airy, open-plan living room with tiled floors and shuttered windows all round providing a cool and airy living space. There are balconies on two sides with furniture to allow outdoor living while enjoying the spectacular views.

The comfortable lounge and dining spaces are complemented by a traditional Sporades style fireplace and magnificent chestnut timbered ceiling. There is a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, full electric cooker, microwave and an extensive range of kitchen gadgets, utensils and general equipment.

Downstairs there are two good sized bedrooms, one double with en suite shower room, one twin and a larger family bathroom with bidet. Both bedrooms have attractive fitted drawers and wardrobes. The bedrooms have large windows and access to a downstairs balcony with again stunning veiws and cool shade throughout the day.

A washing machine and oil central heating are available.

The house is decorated in a distinctive modern style and some of Angie's original art works adorn the walls.

Thye house is surrounded by gardens, with plenty of seating areas where their can always be found shade. The gardens are extensively planted with flowers and vines as well as olive, orange, and lemon trees.There is a circuloar stone patio where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and perhaps have a barbecue.

The house is also available for long term lets should you be interested in an extended stay.

As part of the Marine Park the seas are sparklingly clean and you will find, diving, fishing, kayaking, snorkelling and sightseeing boat trips available. Out of the hottest months of July and August, it is a walker’s paradise. Steni Vala is a wonderful haven of peace and beauty with a real Greek flavour

From May to September flights to Skiathos operate from many British and European airports. A catamaran or ferry will bring you from Skiathos to Alonissos. Out of season flights to Athens and Thessalonika can be connected by bus or train to Volos or Agios Konstantinos and then ferry boat or catamaran to Alonissos.

Fancy a winter break! The winter in Alonissos is usually mild with some rain. It can still be very sunny and warm, we still swim in December! The nights can be chilly, just the reason to light the log fire and snuggle down with a good book.

Steni Vala is a delightfully picturesque harbour, seaside village on the idyllic, mountainous, wooded island of Alonissos, in the Northern Sporades. Angie’s House lies on the track, between the tiny harbour and Glyfa beach and is less than 100 yards from both. The house was architect designed and completed about 3 years ago and boasts spectacular, panoramic views over the sea and channel between the deserted islands of the National Marine Park. Popular tavernas line the small harbour of Steni Vala whereas the pebbled beach is quiet and undisturbed with safe crystal clear turquoise water. At Angie’s you can experience the comings and goings of the yachts and fishing boats, savour the delights and atmosphere of the tavernas, yet relax and sleep away from any noise or disturbance. As part of the Marine Park the seas are sparklingly clean and you will find, diving, fishing, kayaking, snorkelling and sightseeing boat trips available. Steni Vala is 10km from the main town and ferry port of Patitiri. In the summer months, a bus operates 4 times a day to and from the town, and car hire is available in Patitiri.
