4 bedroom villa for 8 persons in sheltered community

The house has 4 large bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The spacious master bedroom has a private bathroom along with a private walk-in closet. From this room you walk into the pool. The other bedrooms share a second bathroom. All rooms feature enough wardrobes. All windows have mosquito netting so us'nachts peace of mind. The kitchen has all appliances and all necessities. The Nespresso machine is not lacking for that delicious cup of coffee. A large American refrigerator completes the whole. The living room has a large flat screen TV you can receive a number of Dutch channels. The stereo and the Internet are built. Two large ceiling fans provide the necessary cooling in the living room and on the outdoor terrace. Adjacent to the living room is a lovely terrace and the spacious pool immediately. Because the whole plot is fenced has a lot of privacy.

Location: The location of the villa is ideal. Beaches such as Caracas Bay, Baya Beach Jan Thiel Beach and are very close. But the supermarket, gas station and good restaurants like the Little World, May Brakkeput May and Zanzibar are nearby. (Approx 5 minutes). In about 15 minutes you are in Punda and within 10 minutes to Salina

Jan Sofat villa is located in the secure area of ??Jan Sofat at Spanish Water. Once you are at the entrance has been reported to the Security you can safely drive to the villa. The villa is situated in a quiet street on a corner. Because the villa is completely walled in, you have great privacy and a safe feeling. The surrounding landscape tropical garden with palm trees, while the magnificent swimming pool make it complete. The garden is attractively illuminated at night. Four bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with flat screen and audio complement the whole. Of course there are plenty of loungers around the pool. In a few minutes you reach the famous beaches such as Zanzibar and Mambo Beach. In 10 minutes you are in Willemstad.
