Villa Quercia is located on the hills of Sorrento in a strategic position between the town of Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The villa is 250sq m and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, breakfast nook, living room with fireplace and two sofa beds. The villa is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens and has a pool of 10x4 meters. Near the pool there is a relax area with an open kitchen and an additional bathroom. The terrace outside the living room has a dining area, chaise lounge from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Galli Islands in the bay of Salerno. There are a pizza oven and a barbecue on the terrace. In the garden there is a football place and a fitness room. On the terrace by the entrance there is also a playing area. On request there can be organized an enchanting evening with a professional pizza maker and\or cook out on the terrace with excellent food to go along with your beautiful view!! Included in the price there is a housekeeper two hours a day.

Sant'Agata is located on the hills of Sorrento between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The house is located in five min. walking distance from the center of the village where you can find shops, restaurants among which Don Alfonso, one of top restaurants in Italy. Positano can be reached in 20min by car or bus and Sorrento in 15min. There are regular excursions daily to Capri (via hydrofoil) and Pompeii, Ercolano, Vesuvio, Naples via Sorrento that can all be organized by bus or private car.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The prices are for an occupancy of 8 people! If you are a big party, you can book the dependence (another apartment) annex to the Villa for a cost of 250 euro each people (minimum 4 people-max 5 people)
    Rentals are inclusive of linen, towels, gas, electricity and all other utilities - and two hours cleaning per day
    Final cleaning is not included in the price and costs 200 euros.

    Heating during the winter costs 30 euro daily; extra cleaning on request: 10 euro per hour; cook and pizza party on
    request

    A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, the balance is payable in cash on the day of arrival.

    A deposit of 500 euro is required on arrival and is reimbursed the day of check-out.
  • In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 90 and 60 days before arrival, 60% of the booking deposit is reimbursed. The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 59 days and 30 days prior arrival, 40% of the booking deposit is reimbursed; the cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days before arrival entails the forfeiting of all payments made. In case of no - show the deposit is no refundable

    Hours of entry to the apartments are from 15.00 pm until 20.00 pm. Within these hours there is always someone to meet you and to show you the apartment and give you the keys. Out of these hours there is a charge of Euro 50 to send somebody to welcome you and give you the keys. Please on arrival at Naples, whether by plane, train or road can you call me (Carlo) on 0039 328 67 38 843 in order that I have a rough idea of your actual arrival in Sorrento and to give you any advise that you might need. If you need a transfer, do not hesitate to ask me.

We had 2 perfect weeks at this villa. It's position is superb and the views - wow! Both the villa and the pool were excellent and suited our requirements perfectly. Carlo was always very helpful and cheerful (even when he wasn't well!) and Viola was an angel who kept us clean, neat, and tidy the whole time we were there.
Like one of your other reviewers we also dined at the Don Alfonso and concluded that it was one of the best food experiences we'd ever had - and what delightful people.
The proximity of the villa to the sights of Vesuvius, Pompeii, and the wonderful Amalfi coast is ideal. We didn't get to Herculanium or Paestum so we'll just have to go back to Villa Cercola!

Villa was lovely,clean and Viola and her mother prepared breakfast and wonderfull pasta(arranged by Carlo) when we didn't eat at the village which was within walking distance.Accomodations were adequate for my family of 9.Big plus was Carlo,our rental agent ,who was ever present in arranging excursions and meeting our individual travelers as there travel plans were changed by the airlines.Final night was celebration of my 80th birthday at Don Alfonso ,a Michelin 3 resturant in St Agata--the meal of a lifetime and a wonderful conclusion to the best vacation our family ever had. good location. Good house for 2 families. The only 2 thing missing are a bath (escepcially with little kids) and and a dish wasser. The rest is great!
