Murcia is one of the unknown and untouched counties located in South East Spain. Sandwiched between the provinces of Valencia and Andalusia, the region has its own - still partly agricultural - character. Less than an hour drive south of Alicante airport you'll find in this province a number of important real Spanish cities. Murcia, Cartagena and Lorca are good examples. The Murcia region is characterized by a mix of sun, sea and water (the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor), nature (the sierras) - culture - and sports. The hot summers of Spain are known. But in the other seasons, the Costa Calida (warm coast) particularly pleasant: around 20-22 degrees. The World Health Organization (WHO), the province of Murcia for its clean air proclaimed the finest climate in Europe. Murcia is developing rapidly and there is in every period of the year something to do. The annual fiestas around Easter are a good example. Golf: The house is located on a Resort where an 18-hole golf course. This is part of 2 other jobs that are designed by Jack Nicklaus. These are challenging jobs that are beautifully maintained. There are also at a distance of 15-20 minutes another 3-5 other courses. Playing on the 3 golf courses at reasonable rates and can teetimes before departure may be recorded. Do not have golfspulen with him and still want to play, everything is available for hire at the clubhouse.
