Relax and enjoy the beautiful gardens and terraces for dining and magnificent views of the Mediterranean and local marina. Perfect for quiet family holidays. Many safe, sandy beaches, nearest 10 minute walk. Town centre with all amenities within 10 minute drive. Nearest supermarket 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Our photos will convince you!

Quiet hillside location with private gardens and superb views of nearby Mediterranean and marina. Sleeps 6/7 (3 double bedrooms and single room). 10 mins walk to nearest beach. Family home in which to enjoy all the comforts that you promised yourself for your holiday in sunny Spain. Superior accommodation which will allow you to relax and indulge yourself while enjoying a large pool, several terraces and a garden with enchanting views over Sitges. Step out of the ground floor lounge, through large French windows directly to alfresco dining area and lawned garden. Master bedroom enjoys own 5X3.5m terrace for that intimate romantic meal under the stars. Leading out from the luxurious upper lounge there is a secluded rear terrace with potted plants and a bank of mature trees. Visitors never fail to be impressed with the wonderful swimming pool (10X5m) and ample lawned sunbathing areas. Its elevated position is not overlooked by any other properties and enjoys impressive sea-views.

Ample parking in quiet road.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

In deference to our neighbours,we do not rent to groups of adults wanting to have noisy/late parties.

Sitges has the full range of shops, banks, restaurants within its pretty winding pedestrian alleys.

Yacht and jet-ski hire is available from nearby marina.

Sailing dinghies/catamarans/canoes can be hired by the hour from La Fragata beach,Sitges. Lessons available.

Booking Notes:

To confirm a booking,20% non-refundable deposit is required.

The remaining balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

A damage deposit of 20% is to be paid when final payment is made. This is to cover damage or excessive cleaning costs,and will be returned within 7 days of holiday's end.
