Photos and Description of the Cefalu vacation villa rental Renovated luxury villa, 5 km from sandy beach / Cefalù, with catering (optional)

The villa is situated on a hill that marks the beginning of nature reserve Madonie. The private pool (size 12x6 m.) is in use all year round and has a sweeping view over the sea, and the big rock of Cefalù. Sandy beaches distances 5 km. Cefalù is famous for its magnificent Arab-Norman cathedral and beautiful fishing harbour. The recently renovated villa is surrounded by Oak woods and citrus & olive groves. A rural access road brings you to the property. The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms (all with air conditioning and TV), 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtub), and a spacious living room with open kitchen. The living room has a huge fireplace, a TV/DVD corner with two comfortable sofas, and a dining area with a big marble table. The panoramic terrace of the pool is equipped with gazebo and deck chairs. Outside is a changing room with bathroom and shower and a comfortable outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, a wood oven and a huge marble table.

Villa Gianmaria distances 45 minutes from Palermo (65 km) and 10 minutes from Cefalù (5 km) and its magnificent beaches and architectural beauties, and twenty minutes from Golf Club “Le Madonie” (16 km). The provincial road SS 54 goes up the hill by hairpin curves in the direction of the Madonie Park and passes by the Villa. The road continues to beautiful towns as Castelbuono, Gratteri, Isnello and Petralia. Le Madonie Golf is an 18 holes golf camp 74m above sea level, between the Madonie Mountains and the gulf of Cefalù. The complex is surrounded by olive, orange, lemon, almond and carob trees and it enjoys breathtaking views. The Madonie represent one of the most well-known mountain ecosystems of the whole Mediterranean area thanks to the richness of its fauna and vegetation. The Madonie Natural Park extends over a surface of about 40,00 ha. The several country villages that are nestled on the mountains will give you the opportunity to explore authentic and rural Sicily.
