Apartment of 3 bedrooms, 5 Beds a double sofa-bed which sleeps up to 7 people.

The apartment is very well situated in a quiet street within the walls limits of the old town. This makes it ideal for exploring the city on foot.

Just down the road and two minutes walking distance from the house one can find the Alameda de Hercules, a boulevard with a bohemian flare and great nightlife thanks to its numerous cafes and bars. You can also find a wide cultural offer with theatres, open air cinemas (mainly in late spring, summer and early autumn), small venue concerts, etc.

Five minutes walking from the apartment a night club for slightly more mature party seekers can be found. Mainly Latino and ball dancing music can be enjoyed in a more grown up environment.

Walking times to the main attractions in the town centre:

Also within 5 minutes walk from the apartment a food market and several supermarkets can be found. The market operates every day between 9-3 pm and fresh fruit, vegetables as well as meat and fish can be found.

ES LA SEGUNDA VEZ QUE HE ESTADO EN ESTE APARTAMENTO Y ES QUE ESTÁ MUY BIEN EQUIPADO, LIMPIO Y GENIALMENTE UBICADO, CERCA DE LOS PRINCIPALES LUGARES DE INTERÉS DE SEVILLA, DONDE CON UN PEQUEÑO PASEO TE PONES EN CUALQUIER LUGAR. ADEMÁS, LUCÍA, SU PROPIETARIA, SIEMPRE HA SIDO MUY AMABLE Y HA DADO MUCHAS FACILIDADES TANTO A LA LLEGADA COMO A LA SALIDA DE LA ESTANCIA. VOLVERÉ A REPETIR SEGURO.

EXCELLENT!!!!!!!

Emplacement géographique, TOP!!! A 15 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport, appartement situé dans une jolie petite rue calme et tranquille près de l'Alameda de Hercules, une place-avenue, remplie de bars à tapas et à une vingtaine de minutes à pied des plus beaux sites culturels de Séville comme l'Alcazar et la cathédrale.

L'appartement est nickel, bien entretenu, très propre et joliment décoré, le petit patio à ciel ouvert pour déjeuner est très agréable et c'est ce qui fait le petit plus de ce logement par rapport à d'autres. Calme, climatisé et bonne literie, on s'y repose bien!!

Lucia, la propriétaire, nous a reçus comme ses amis, charmante, souriante, accueillante, elle a répondu à toutes nos questions et a su nous donné un maximum de conseils en termes de visites, tarifs et transports, que ce soit avant notre arrivée comme sur place, et depuis notre retour!

C'est donc un logement et une hôtesse que je recommande vivement et que je recontacterai pour un autre séjour à Séville!!!!!

Très bon appartement au coeur de Séville. De beaux espaces, air conditionné, terrasse et les équipements proposés nous ont apporté tout le confort nécessaire durant notre séjour dans cette magnifique ville.

Lucia, la propriétaire, nous a très bien accueilli tout en nous apportant tous les renseignements nécessaires au bon déroulement de nos vacances.
