A luxury villa close to Orlando Disneyland, offering 4 bedrooms - all with en-suite bathrooms. The Master Bedroom with King size bed features a luxury en-suite bathroom with His ‘n’ Hers basins, a corner bath and separate walk-in shower. The second Master Bedroom with queen size bed is located on the upper floor with a full en-suite bathroom & fitted wardrobes. There are two twin bedrooms each with their very own en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. Cable TV, DVDs and radio alarm clocks are fitted in all bedrooms. A 42” Plasma TV is situated in the lounge, with home-theatre surround sound system. A wireless internet router is fitted. The screened pool, jacuzzi and sundeck (with pool furniture provided) can be accessed through the patio doors from the lounge or the master bedroom. This open-plan villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, and separate washing and drying facilities including a steam iron & ironing board. The games room is located in the garage.

Calabay at Tower Lakes is a new lakeside development on Highway 27 - situated only 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World Complex. The villa is situated close to the Interstate Highway 4 making this an ideal location to explore both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. Tower Lake is located next to Southern Dunes Golf Club and 10 minutes from the famous Champions Gate Golf Course. Kennedy Space Centre, the wonderful beaches of St Petersburg/ Clearwater and the Bush Gardens park are approx one hour driving. Orlando International Airport is half an hour away.

Notes: The Calabay at Tower Lake development is a new premier development. The boating and fishing dock area is completed, and this will be followed by a new Clubhouse by early 2008. This Clubhouse will offer lakeside views, a gym and barbecue areas. Please note that the house is a non-smoking property inside, but has a patio area located outside for smokers if needed. Strictly no pets allowed.

Great stay at Calabay Tower Lake Community

We, a party of 3 couples, spent 6 nights at the property. The house is clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quite and secure. Restaurants on Hwy 192 and International Drive as well as Downtown Disney are a 20 minutes drive away. We used the house as a gateway to several golf courses in the Orlando area. The very nice 4,5 star rated Southern Dunes Golf Club is adjacent to the Calabay Tower Lake Community. Other golf courses are nearby.
The booking process took some time but the managers of the property are very friendly and provide a good service. We recommend the property to those who prefer to stay a little bit further away from the "Disney-Mania".
We regret that we could not have breakfast outside because the table on the terrace only seats 4.

This was a beautiful property fitted and kept to a high standard. The rooms were very spacious,clean and tidy. The games room & access to internet was a fantastic bonus.The location was excellent for access to disney, only being a short drive - yet far enough away from the main hustle & bustle. It was great that the owner called to ensure we had settled and to ask if they could be over any further help. Highly recommend Mannies Steak House south of the property excellent meals & a great atmosphere. If there was any critiscim I would give it would be that there was only two sun loungers with four adults and the capacity of housing 8 people a couple more loungers would not go amiss.
