The villa is conveniently located less than a three minute walk to Sea Pines’ South Beach Club. The villa provides guests with free access to two Sea Pines pools and tennis. The villa possesses a well equipped kitchen with tiled floors, granite countertops, and an informal kitchen dinette set. Just off the kitchen is a formal dining table, and cozy living room, with queen size sleeper sofa. This vaulted living room offers panoramic views of the lagoon and golf course from its wall to wall glass windows. Relax in the evening on front porch which is built around a moss laced tree, or stroll to the rear of the unit and get a closer look of the course from spacious screened in deck. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat panel TV and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed which can be quickly configured into two twin beds if the tenant desires.
