This luxurious self catering Disney villa is situated in Davenport - 10 minutes from the home of Mickey Mouse & friends at Disney world, Orlando, Florida. The villa has a south facing pool and spa, great for relaxing after a busy day in the parks, great facilities are available for families who prefer to have the option of preparing breakfast or lunch for themselves..All self catering facilities you require are catered for in the villa eg. microwave, coffee maker, full size American fridge, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. All bedding and towels are also supplied. We have 3 bedrooms, the grand master has a king size bed and private en-suite facilities. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds, Sponge Bob theme! these two bedrooms share a bathroom. The villa sleeps 6 but you can sleep 8 if required, as we have a futon bed in the living area.

Location: Davenport Area < Disney / Orlando < Florida < USA

The villa is situated in Davenport off the us 27 just south west of Disney World and one mile from the us 192. Interstate 4 is easily reached and provides direct access to Orlando airport(30 minutes), Sanford airport (60 minutes). There are numerous restaurants, diners, bars and supermarkets like Wal-Mart and Public all within minutes of the villa. The facilities on site include a Mediterranean style clubhouse with gym, tennis courts, children’s play area, sand volley ball court and palm garden. Lots of places of interest like sea world, universal studios are all 30 minutes away by car. There are numerous golf courses in the area like the famous champion’s gate course, southern dunes and Ridge wood lakes plus at least 20 more within a 15-20 mile radius. The villa is located just 10 minutes from the gates of Disney World. A fabulous Irish Bar will be opening in the summer of 2008 just 5 minutes on the US7 they will do a wonderful array of Irish Food and it will be cater for kids too!

  • One week before you arrive in Tuscan Hills you will be required to forward a security deposit of £250 $350. This protects us against damages or breakages to any of the items in the property. This is fully refundable after you leave once the villa has been checked, refunds made within 2 weeks after your departure. Pool and spa heat may be prepaid when reserving the villa the cost for this facility is £100 / $160 per week.

Notes: The villa is furnished to a high modern standard as you will see from the photos. The high vaulted ceilings create space and allow the air conditioning to circulate well. The villa is a single storey villa no stairs to worry about with little kids. The facilities are first class both in the villa and on site. All the usual attractions are so close by. The outside area with south facing pool and spa just finishes the facilities off! Imagine dining outside for breakfast while the kids play in the pool that’s before you head off for the parks or imagine unwinding after a busy day in the parks in the pool or Jacuzzi.

I was very pleased with the standard of the villa all details were acurate and the property owner was very helpful with questions relating to the villa.
The Villa was clean and well maintained, pool and spa was great after walking round the parks all day. We went with the pool heating option which was well worth the extra money - quick dip in the morning then the kids wanted to be in for a swim 10pm while i enjoyed the relaxation of a spa and a beer.
The location was perfect 5-10 mins from any of the parks, shops and a great choice of places to eat out all near by. We have decided to return back to florida every two years so will be booking villa again and have recommended it to friends and family.
We had tickets for all the attractions - WDW was fantastic especially the parade and fireworks on the night.
universal :simpsons ride is a must / mummy ride too
sea world : Shamu show day and night excellent
animal kingdom : Safari / Everest rollercoaster great

too many rides i could go on and on well worth the money. Value for money was the Golden corral resturants (all you can eat adults 11 dollars / kids 6 dollar variety and quality) Deneys was good too especially Phili melt.

The villa was just as advertised and was a great experience for the entire family. Our children especially enjoyed the pool. Easy trip to Disney, traffic was light and a quick trip even during rush hour. Overall a great vacation or business getaway.

I would just like to say how pleased I was to discover and book this villa in Tuscan Hills. The villa was beautifully decorated with a fabulous pool / jacuzzi area and games room (a must for the children)!!! All Disney Theme Parks are within a short driving distance to the villa and are well signposted, therefore, relatively easy to find. Tuscan Hills is a peaceful, friendly neighbourhood in a perfect location for a perfect holiday! I would have no hesitation recommending this villa or Florida as a truly amazing holiday destination!
