Villa furnished to a high specification with mod cons such as plasma TV (with freeview, c 300 channels), DVD player, HIFI sound system MP3 compatible, dishwasher, washer /dryer, BBQ, dining for up to 8 people. Bathrooms all have showers, 3 upstairs balconies have outside furniture. The villa is suitable for families or groups of golfers or water sports enthusiasts who want a self catering villa conveniently located for every purpose, stunningly finished throughout. Pets not allowed. Good storage space for sports equipment. A maid / cleaning service is available, for a small charge. Warm climate all year round makes this a perfect option for all.

Obidos - Historical town with quaint cobbled streets, and various gift shops, cafes and restaurants. The castle here is probably the most popular attraction in the area. Not to be missed. 15min drive. Caldas Da Rainha - a large town with various well known shops such as Mango, Zara, Puma and Quicksilver. Regular markets held here. 15min drive. Foz De Arelho - Adjacent to the villa, Lovely sandy beach, the areas livelist area because of its bars and restaurants. 20min drive. Peniche - Fishing town with unbeatable fish restaurants, nice aray of shops to visit to. 20 mins drive. Golf courses - Praia D'el Ray(5min), Golden Eagle (30min), Campo Real (30min), Penha Longa, Qunita da Marinha, Golf do Estoril (all within a 60min drive). Beaches - within a 2 minute walk you'll have the option of the calm waters of a lagoon, or a 2 mins drive you'll be on a beach popular with surfers and water sport enthusiasts.

Great house, great location! Everything was fine, including small details. Only one problem: no gas in the last day. But noone cared, as all the other things were just remarkable.
