This fresh and charming apartment has two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom. There is an open plan living area with dining table and chairs and an American style kitchen. This apartment has the added advantage of a private terrace area with a lockable gate directly out to the pool area, which is safe for those with small children and it sits splendidly on a corner plot. All rooms are simply decorated creating a fresh and airy look. The double room has fitted robes, bedside tables with lamps and a chest of drawers. This room also has a safe for use during your stay. The twin room has free standing robes and bedside lamps. A spacious living area with two sofas and coffee table, along with dressers containing local ceramics, make this an ideal choice for those looking for a home from home. This room also has TV with VCR and DVD; and a Hi-Fi system. UK TV channels are available. The American style kitchen is complete with all modern appliances to make your stay easier.

The Mare Verde apartments are located in the exclusive area of Torviscas in Southern Tenerife and close to the up market and chic Playa de Fanabe and El Duque areas. The complex is styled on a typical Canarian village made up of studios and apartments. Mare Verde is an excellent choice for families or those on a budget and being so close to the beach and main resort, it's easy to see why it remains a top destination for British holiday makers. The complex has 6 swimming pools which are interconnected through slides, waterfalls, bridges and twisting turns. Facilities on the complex include a nightly cabaret, live football and children's disco, 2 pool bars, sunbeds, table tennis, launderette and a snack bar. There's an on-site supermarket to purchase essential items and shops, bars and restaurants are a mere stone's throw away. The complex is very close to the Aquapark, with its many slides and fantastic dolphin show which is only a 10 minute bus trip away.

  • A deposit will be required upon booking. Balance is due not less than six weeks before travel.
    Departure within 6 weeks will require full payment at time of booking.
    All monies are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
    Payment via BACS transfer.
    Bankers Drafts are accepted by prior arrangement.
    BACS transfers from outside of the UK will have a sum of £24 added to the total amount to account for transfer charges.
  • The prices stated are exclusive of flights and any transfers.
    NOTE As at 14th October 2009, due to the threat of postal strikes, all payments via Bankers Draft have been suspended.

great apartment at mare verde

This is a clean well laid out and maintaned apartment which has a great advantage of a washing machine. It has an added bonus of ceiling fans. If travelling with younger children then this apartment offers good security.
The apartment itself is located directly by the pool which was very popular.
I would recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to stay at the mare verde and had very good communication with the serice provider.
The beach was only a few minuites walk away with plenty of restaurants on sea front.
