STYLISH AND QUIET PROPERTY - WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO PARIS EXPO - WIFI

Rented this apartment for the minimum 5 night stay. Left after the 3rd night. Entering the apartment it had a stuffy, stale cigarette odor. When the associate was showing us the apartment you
got the feeling he wasn't too familiar with it or the area. When asked for a restaurant recommendation in the neighborhood he recommended that we take the metro to Montparnasse and eat there. As he showed us the kitchen he had to open the cupboard above the refrigerator to open it, as the hardware was missing. That night we noticed bugs in the kitchen! From there we went to open up the sofa sleeper only to find it was broken, we put the coffee table under the foot of it so it wouldn't collapse. I ended up purchasing air freshner for the stale smell. We took a knob off another cabinet to put on the refrigerator to be able to open it. Hardware was also missing on one of the closet cabinets in the bedroom, also the light bulb was burned out on one of the night tables. The biggest issue I had we're the bugs! I emailed the manager the first night with my complaints and concerns only to return back to the apartment the next night to find a can of bug spray( which didn't help) and nothing else fixed. We had also requested a 2nd key from the managing associate since we were traveling with our sons (20 yrs and 15 yrs old), which we never received. Very disappointed. We left 2 days earlier than planned. I emailed the property manager again to let him know how disappointed we were and that I would be writing a review, got an email back with an apology and that they had contacted a technician. On a positive, the bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels.
