I purchased this property because it is about 30 minutes away from Vancouver. It is great location in quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and close to nature.
The home is clean and beautiful. Location was amazing, everything close. So quite perfect for sleeping at night and just a short drive to the highway that got us straight to Vancouver downtown! I'm very happy with the stay and my family feels the same. It was our first time in Vancouver area and this home in Coquitlam was perfect! Plenty of dishes and linens you'll never lack anything! The beds were very very comfortable and clean! You can park your car on the drive way and not have to worry about it being in the street. The water pressure for washing dishes and showering is strong which is perfect! The trash and recycling was organized and clean! We loved our stay so much and felt so at home we extend our stay another night! We would do all over again if we could!
Wonderful week! Great hosts! Extremely clean apartment. In a quiet safe, suburb of Vancouver. Well supplied....very comfortable. Served as base for trips to aquarium, museum of anthropology, day long tour to Victoria, ferry to Nanaimo's old growth forest, and Whistler. Payment and deposit refund super easy and fast. Great place for my wife, two teenage sons and me. Highly recommend.
Great apartment with excellent facilities: two bathrooms, nice kitchen and 3 bedrooms. In the neighbourhood all facilities very close at hand in a nice area. Downtown Vancouver good to reach by car or public traffic in maximum half an hour. And not to forget great hospitality of the host!
It was our first family's vacation to Vancouver. I needed to rent a home for 8 people. After 2 weeks of searching for the right place, this vacation rental was the best one. The house consisted of two apartments, top floor and bottom floor. To accommodate 8 people, I rented both apartments.
On the day of our arrival, the owner, Teresa welcomed us at the house. She was very friendly and very enthusiastic. We all felt at home right away.
For the house, it was nicely decorated and included all the amenities that we needed to be comfortable while away from home. Between the two apartments, we had 5 good size bedrooms for 8 people. Everybody thought the bed in each room was comfortable.
We will definitely consider renting this place again next time we visit Vancouver.
