Beautiful Villa in Vale de Milho area

This rustic 3 bedroom Villa is set in a beautiful and very large ( 7000 m²) garden . It offers a lot of privacy as well on the poolside and kitchen terrace. The pool size is 12 x 6 m surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun loungers table and chairs. There is a pool-house with shower and WC .

The Villa offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) and 1 WC a big lounge with fireplace and dining and office area , a fully equipped kitchen leading to the very private enclosed sunny patio area with BBQ, table and chairs.

The Villa is located near to Vale de Milho golf-course and there are distant sea views from the 1st floor terrace.

This beautiful Villa with lots of character is set on extensive grounds with a big variety of plants and trees.

The 7000 m2 totally fenced and gated plot is near the Vale de Milho golf-course and only a short drive away from the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve like for example Marinha and Albandeira beach.

The first floor terrace has nice sea views and all downstairs terraces are surrounded by walls and therefore offer complete privacy.

It is only a 5 minutes drive to Praia do Carvoeiro , a nice little Village with cobbled streets and lots of restaurants, bars and shops.
