The house is located in the Estefânia area, two minutes from the Sintra train station. It is a 'Quinta' with 2 hectares and a big house with four floors, the top one the attic. With 5 rooms, it will comfortably sleep 14 in adjoining sitting room areas, not counting the main sitting rooms and dining room which occupy the whole area of the ground floor. Each floor has it's own toilet facilities and an extra small kitchen and sitting room area on the top and bottom floors. fireplaces on all floors. The house has stunning views towards Sintra and the main Palace with it's two round chimneys and of the Moor Castle. There are several exterior 'plateau's and a swimming pool.
