Car: recommended

The area is well known for its orange, almond and olive groves and the air is filled with the wonderful scent around April/May time. Behind the apartment is a backdrop of mountains and to the left is a natural nature reserve where all manner of wildlife can be seen including flamingos. The blue flag beach is just 5 min walk away and the historic town of Valencia with its famous Science museum is about 40 min by car. If you have kids or are a big kid yourself then Universals Portaventura theme park is about 90mins drive away and is a fantastic day out.

There is a brilliant water park about 20 min away with a go-kart track just nearby and Europe's longest cave is about 30 min drive away. The nearest town which is about 10 min drive is buzzing with restaurants and bars in the evening although if you prefer something a little quieter there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Please not the apartment is only a short drive away from Benicasim where a large music festival is held in July.

Additional information about rental rates

Notes A 20% deposit is required upon booking, the remaining rental must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. The apartment must be vacated by 11am on morning of departure to allow for cleaning.

There is also a key holder who will clean and launder the apartment on departure for a charge of 50 Euros for 4 people and 60 Euros for 6 + people. There can also be a welcome pack provided for 10 euros
A deposit of 20% is required upon booking to secure the apartment and the balance must be paid 6weeks before the start of the rental.

There are 3 communal swimming pools set in their own gardens, swipe card facility for entry, a beautiful clubhouse and bar/cafe facilities with terrace area. There are football, racket ball and basketball facilities as well as tennis courts and a fitness centre for exclusive use of residents and their guests. The area is beautifully maintained and there is 24 hour security. The blue flag beach is 5 min walk away with many facilities however it is always fairly uncrowned even during the height of the season with sun loungers and umbrellas available, one has a real feeling of peace and security in this area therefore ideal for both families and couples.
