Accommodation on the outskirts of Maribor at the foot of the ski slope.

This quality apartment is new (2007) and finished to a high standard and is the closest apartment to the bottom of the largest ski slopes in Slovenia – Maribor Pohorje. The two bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor and has a balcony. The apartment has at least 1 double sofa bed in the lounge (can sleep 6) and has separate WC and bathroom. The apartment is equipped with good quality bunk beds.

Situated on the southern outskirts of the beautiful city of Maribor, the apartments have the benefit of being at the foot of the ski slope whilst also being within minutes of the historic city centre by frequent bus service.

Perfectly located for skiing, hiking, mountain biking and generally exploring the local vineyards and the welcoming city of Maribor. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby as you would expect to find at the bottom of any ski slope. Within a short walk the 5* Habakuk hotel has a fantastic thermal spa complex which can be used very reasonably and definitely not at 5* prices. There is also a new sports arena virtually directly behind the apartments with great facilities again reasonably priced.

This apartment far exceeded our expectation. It was modern, comfortable, spacious and immaculate. The location was very convenient - close to base of mountain, supermarket and restaurants.

I would definitely recommend staying here to anybody traveling to Maribor. You will not be disappointed.

The property was just as described, was clean and tidy and there was plenty of space. The location was well placed for Maribor centre and also within wlaking distance of the ski slopes. The garage added to the security, but the area felt very secure and there were a number of shops and restaurants within walking distance, including a bakery opposite. Overall a great stay.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
