It is situated on a hillside above Santa Barbara and offers panoramic views across the Algarve coast. A reception area leads to 4 of the bedrooms and their en suite bathrooms. A small hallway leads to a large, modern kitchen and the open plan lounge and dining area has french doors leading to a lawned garden, taking advantage of the breathtaking Algarve views. The lounge has flat screen, satellite with SKY package TV/DVD, CD player and wi-fi. Adjacent is a recreation room with pool table and patio doors onto the terrace. A further set of french doors from the living room, lead directly to the pool area, with plenty of sun loungers and an electrically operated sun awning.
From the pool terrace is the entrance to the self-contained apartment whose glass front looks out onto spectacular views.There is a furnished outside dining area with BBQ. Maid service 5 days per week.

The pool can be heated on request.

The village: Villa Belavista is a 15 minute walk from the large village of Santa Barbara.
The village has a supermarket with butcher and daily fresh fruit and veg.
There are several restaurants, including Italian and French, and several more traditional Portuguese ones.
There are also cafe/bars and a patisserie.
There is a bank with ATM, a post office and a medical centre with emergency service.
Distances: The nearest beach is on Faro Island, a 20 minute drive away.
The beaches are long and sandy on this part of the coast. Some beaches have restaurants and cafes along them, others, within a few hundred metres walk, are completely unspoilt and you can have plenty of space even in peak season.
