Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• RATES:
  7 nights to 1 month: £175 per night.
  4-6 nights: £210 per night, plus £40 cleaning fee.
  3 nights: £285 per night, plus £40 cleaning fee.
  
  For more than a month could benefit you up to 20% discount.
  
  For more than 4 people there is a surcharge of £5 per person per night.
  
  A 30% deposit is required in order to save your booking, which is non refundable.
  The outstanding amount must be paid on checking-in.
  
  Check-in time is between 2pm until 10pm.
  Check-out time is between 8am until 11am.
  Out of this time, it will incur a £30 surcharge.
• RATES FOR OLYMPICS:
  
  7 nights to 1 month: from £270 per night.
  4-6 nights: from £330 per night.
  3 nights: from £430 per night.
• A security deposit of £300 must be paid at check-in and it will refundable at check-out unless any damage occurred or out of the ordinary cleaning.
  
  IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING:
  If you wish to cancel your booking, this must be notified to us in writing and forwarded to us by the person who did the enquiry, either by recorded & acknowledged mail, fax or e-mail. Cancellation charges will apply and these depend on when your written notification is received.
  
  1. LESS THAN 90 DAYS NOTICE Cancellation charge of 40% of the total value of your booking.
  2. LESS THAN 60 DAYS NOTICE Cancellation charge of 50% of the total value of your booking.
  3. LESS THAN 30 DAYS NOTICE Cancellation charge of 100% of the total value of your booking.
  
  These charges will also be subject to a credit card fee of 3.5% of the outstanding amount. Under some circumstances, you may be able to recover the majority of the cancellation fees under the terms of your holiday insurance policy.
