This luxurious and spacious, 4 bed apartment with infinity swimming pool is located directly on the beach. It has an expensively fitted kitchen, stylish bathrooms, fully integrated air conditioning and a terrace with a fantastic view across the garden and pool to the beach and sea. The apartment is stylishly decorated with quality furniture. In the lounge is a cable TV with a DVD player that also plays CD's. A good supply of freshly laundered cotton sheets and quality towels is provided. The separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a video entry system for your security and peace of mind. The large terrace has simple steps down into the beautiful garden and infinity pool area. It is a short walk along the beach to a ferry which takes you directly into the harbour of Ibiza old town. There are plenty of shops, bars and clubs nearby, but the apartment is a peaceful and relaxing retreat. (For further info, please do not hesitate to contact the owner).

The apartments are part of a development of luxury properties, directly on the beach, in an area between Figuretas and Playa den Bossa. There are a variety of shops, bars, clubs and restaurants, both in the local area and the nearby Ibiza town centre. The island of Ibiza is famed throughout the world for its nightlife. Indeed, although a vehicle is unnecessary if you do hire one then this would be the perfect launch pad for exploring all that the island has to offer including its many fabulous beaches.

Additional information about rental rates

  • If you would like to reserve the apartment, then we'd require an advance deposit of 50%. This can either be paid in full straight away or you can pay 20% now with the remaining 30% of the deposit payable six weeks before arrival. The balance is then payable either 2 weeks prior to, or on, arrival.

    There are two ways the deposit can be paid, either by bank transfer or via PayPal, a safe and secure online payment system. Use of the PayPal method carries an additional 2.5% cost but it does mean the payment can be made from the comfort of your own home over the internet. Most banks require a transfer to a foreign account to be done in your branch. They also have a charge for doing this. If you would prefer to pay via PayPal, please let us know and we'll issue you with a request. To transfer larger sums PayPal does require you to become a verified member. This process can take a few days and we are happy to hold the booking in the meantime.

Perfect Apartment: This apartment is located in an excellent position for people who want to experience the true Ibiza. Directly on a beach It's also only minutes from quality restaurants, bars and the hedonistic, world class, nightclubs. However it is within walking distance to various watersports, minutes from the airport and a short drive to the famous bohemian beaches of Salinas. Ibiza is a small island and this location is perfect from which to explore it.

Perfect location - excellent host.

We were concerned as we missed our flight to ibiza and arrived 12 hours late at midnight - however having dealt with the people in charge of this apartment we needn't have worried. They picked us up from the airport at our request, stopped at the shops for supplies and settled us in to the apartment. They even stayed for a beer and invited us to a couple of parties the next evening which were excellent.

We didn't stay in this exact apartment as first planned as they had taken on another 4 bed which was on the ground floor right by the pool and they offered this to us instead.

It was excellenty furbished and had acres of space for the 7 men who stayed in it. We were a week out of season so the whole island was slightly quieter than high season so we virtually had the pool to ourselves. The pool is the piece de resistance as it does exactly what it says on the tin. Lie back in it and the water runs into the sea and sky for infinity.

It's about 10 euros from the apartment to Ibiza town. About 25 euros to San Antonio. There is a bank on the corner and plenty of shops and restaurants a couple of minutes walk away.

The gardens you overlook are beautifully kept.

I would highly recommend this property and suspect anything that is managed by the company will be worth looking at.

A mixed group of 8 people aged betweeen 22 and 31 stayed at this grogeous apartment for a week in August.

Other than a glitch with the Air Conditioning which was sorted out asap the apartment proved to be the perfect base to relax during the days and party at night.

The spec of the apartment is really high, it was clean, tidy and easily accessible. The rental contact was available 24/7 with any questions, issues so we felt really well looked after for the whole of the break.

The whole group had a great time and we wouldnt hesitate to re-book again for next year and recommend it to anyone who may be interested.
