Our luxury 4 bed villa is on best subdivision in the area, bar none. Our villa backs onto a lake beyond the private pool deck, where you can watch the migrating ducks for hours! Or spy 'Terry' turtle as he pops his head up every now and again. It's a perfect quiet oasis and yet only 20 minutes from the theme parks. Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Waterparks are all very well, and we can provide you with car hire should you wish, but when you flop down in the villa the end of your tiring day you will get a spacious open plan villa with formal and non-formal dining areas, high speed internet, TVs in every bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans for extra comfort. The pool is heated and we provide FREE pool heat to 82degsF. All laundry and culinary equipment is provided, and each bathroom has a hairdryer, so you don't need to bring your own! More space in your bag for the great shopping available within 20 mins of the villa, the legendary Florida Mall. Enjoy

Nearest Airport: Orlando International Airport at 16 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Port Canaveral at 64 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 64.0 Kilometres
Drive to Disney in 20 min, Universal Studios in 15 min, SeaWorld in 15 mins, or if its shopping, go to Florida Mall 20 min, the wonderful Mall at Millenia in 25 min or keep with the Disney theme, and go for Downtown Disney where the kids will be in their element. Adults too, will revel in Downtown Disney nightclub scene 20 min, open til the wee small hours. Or try Universal Studios Boardwalk a themed array of nightclubs and cinemas only 15 min away. If you can tear yourself away from the gorgeous pool deck, the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, at Cocoa beach are just a 45min drive, and the wonderful sand of the Gulf Coast beach at Clearwater 90 min drive. Treat yourself to the glory that is Cape Kennedy. Children as well as adults will love the place where man flew to the moon. See the full size replication of a Saturn 5 rocket dangling just yards above your head. It's a wonderful day out, and pray that there may be a launch in the near future as you can get up real close.

  • Third double bedroom is a themed 'Disney' twin bedded bedroom ideal for kids. All bedrooms have cable TV and there is a Sony Playstation2 in the twin bedroom, some games are provided, but additional can be hired from the Blockbuster just 3min drive away. Bedroom 3 and 4 look out over the pool and lake, and receive the benefit of the early morning sun. The master bedroom has a huge vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet and it's own en-suite huge walk-in shower with double vanity units The cot provided is a low-level one (see pic) which can be used indoors for sleeping, or outdoor for safety around the pool. Free high speed internet access is provided via cable, network cable supplied, but bring own to be sure a previous guest has mistakenly removed it.

Notes: Whilst smoking within the property is frowned upon, with respect for subsequent guests, we do supply ashtrays for smokers to stand or sit outside and enjoy their cigarettes, we would just ask for considerate disposal of your cigarette butts. Wheelchair accessibility is not ideal but we could get access to small, and I mean small, ramps to get over the 1-2 inches of door frame. Just ask and we'll provide. A computer can be provided at extra cost. Sorry no pets! FREE POOL HEAT to 82 Degrees Fahrenheit. Needed Oct-Apr most years.

Shopping-to die for: Florida's shopping friendly atmosphere makes the whole experience wonderful, accessible car parks and low-level accessibility excludes no-one and is a lovely respite from the excesses of the parks!

Outdoors: Take an air boat, fly in a balloon at dawn, go sailing, local lake or deep sea fishing, it's all within 1 hr, live your dreams

Wonderful, It made the Holiday relaxing!

My daughter graduated from High School and we had family coming from all over the United States. Usually they stay with me, but I did not have enough room for everyone.

I found this house and it was the BEST THING EVER!!!!.
The house was fantastic, CLEAN, Provided everything we needed.
VERY SPACIOUS, well maintained.
Very easy to find and close to EVERYWHERE. Some traveled to Kennedy Space Center, Disney or the beaches.
Easy access to major roads.

I would definitly recommend this rental property!
Actually when my family comes again they want to stay here instead of at my house..
