Brand new building. 4th floor. Sleeps 2. Huge balcony. Wi/Fi. A/C. No lift

GZ is a brand new building of four loft apartments. Each apartment occupies a whole floor. Three apartments can sleep 3 to 4 people, a kitchen, stone bathroom, living and large balcony.

There is a lift to three of the floors.

The fourth floor houses the apartment we call GZ4. It has no lift to it, only stairs.

It has a large balcony with olive trees, table and chairs and lovely views.

Each apartment has central heating and air conditioning.

Each apartment has high speed WiFi Internet.

The building has a private laundry and drying room for guests.

The building is located in Athens most desirable inner city area. The building is 5 min walk to the pedestrian only pathway that meanders around the great historical sites of Athens.

Athens also offers various beaches, the nearest one being Kalamaki beach at 7km. You may access Kalamaki by public transport.

The name of the area is Gazi and is famous in Athens as the Arts and Entertainment area of Athens.

Gazi has a huge square surrounded by many of Athens best restaurants and many night spots.

GZ is situated two minutes walk from the huge square of Gazi.

Along with access to the ancient world, Gazi is where the young creative people of Athens have made their home.

Gazi is also home to The Benaki Modern Museum which is one of the greatest museums in Greece. The Benaki is one minute walk from GZ apartments.

You can also walk (300 metres) to the most happening Greek 'going out' area in Athens. Tavernas, bars, galleries and shopping.

Nice and clean, great location and helpul owners.

We stayed for four nights in this apartment. First of all the owners prepared our arrival very well, gave us all the information we asked for. The location suited us perfectly; we coul walk to the Akropolis and the great Akropolis museum, as well as other interesting places. The metro was in a short walking distance and so easy to use. At nights we enjoyed to go out for a meal and drinks in the very lively Gaza, filled with restaurants, bars and cafes. Lets not forget Michaelis who picked us up at the airport and gave us various information on the way. Will not hesitate to rent this one again :-)
